One of her issues with me was that I had my visa receipt but she needed another receipt as well. It turns out that they had to go in the back to pull up the information they needed.

They plugged it in at the store and it was charging. When I got back to the hotel, it was not charging. They were nice enough to bring a second adapter to my hotel so I didn't have to take another car back and forth (for which I tipped them) but that one failed after charging the computer to 86%. Two in a row? They were closed for the next two days for a holiday so I left the charger at the hotel front desk with the receipt. The next day on my trip home my computer over heated and would not turn on at all. They have refused to pick up the adapter and refund my money but that is not the important part. They are selling merchandise that fails within minutes and can damage your equipment. Do not go to Wintronics.
