Waited 3 weeks, kept telling me it's in Toronto coming from ottawa to find out the next day after 3 weeks it went to another store and they sold it to someone else lol??? Go to the store to ask for some compensation for the trouble to purchase another one or something like it. To being told that they'll sell me a demo open box for full price that's been on/running all day since may last year???? Then being told by the manager the rat fuck he is that he's not arguing and to leave the store even though I was totally calm and had all the workers look like they wanted to jump me lol. Don't waste your time or money with these retards. Stay safe people!

I have to wait 4-5 business days and they might not give me my money back for a damaged laptop! Canada Computers and their staff do NOT care about you in the least! Buy from them at your own risk! Canada Computers will not see a single cent from me ever again.

Worst costumer service experience (if you can even call it that) with Tony. It all started when I…read morewas booked for an Interlock installation. Tony started making fun of me because it was taking me a couple extra tries to get the thing working. His attitude towards me was complexly unprofessional. Said I was the worst he has seen in the last 3 years and laughing uncontrollably. After the interlock installation was done it was time to sign the papers and he wanted to me sign for things I haven't received, A Mandatory booklet for the use of the device required by the MTO. After asking for the booklets multiple times he says he will just keep the car over the weekend if I don't sign. Was also requesting multiple signatures for the car's functionality without me seeing the car. After getting extreme rude, He also said If I don't stop asking questions he would refuse service and I would have to go somewhere else. He didn't seem to care about costumer service or loosing costumers. I only went here because it was close to home. I have made a complaint with Alcolock and the MTO about this place regarding installation of this device. This Place only sells over priced old electronics. Avoid Tony and this place at all cost.

When I booked the appointment I was told I could get a ride back to work, however, when I dropped my car off no staff was around to give me the ride. No apology. When I picked up the car, the internet was down (not their fault) so they asked me to come back when it was on so they could flash it. When I returned the next day they flashed it, but said they needed to complete one more part of the installation that required the user manual. I did not have the user manual on me (no one mentioned they would need it). No apology - in fact the manager worded it so the blame was on me for not having it. Came back the next day with the manual. They looked at my car and the manager told me the last part of the installation they were trying to do would not work with my starter unless I bought some extra parts for $40. He said "No one saw it coming", and again no apology. They install car starters - how could they have never seen this Canadian Tire model? I left. I'm unhappy with the manager. He didn't try to make it right and he never apologized or took accountability for any of it. I paid $270 to have it installed, he should have written off the $40 to finish the job correctly. I'd rather pay someone else triple to complete the rest.
