I dropped it off here and the guy who fixed it texted me later and explained what the issues were and also offered assistance with other miscellaneous things (normally other PC shops charge extra for this). Being a student in Waterloo without a car, picking it up wasn't exactly feasible in the snow. I asked him if he could drop it off and perhaps have a look at my SSD (which came AFTER I gave him the PC) At my place, he set up the SSD and left. Not long after, I let him know I was having trouble installing the OS on the SSD. He offered to stop by and take a look at it, and of course fixed it. (It turns out that the computer was only recognizing one of the drives) This was all for a flat rate of 80$~. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at a PC repair shop.
