Can't say enough about these guys. I am a gamer, not a builder. I bumbled around on their site and hit order. Within a few minutes Andrew called and talked me through the technical crap. He asked what I was after, and I explained I want high good graphics and something that can deal with Star Citizen. He put together a machine I have been very satisfied with. You literally have to pay hundreds of dollars service bonus to acquire the promised shipping date that is displayed during every step of the order process. - They do not honor the displayed price when you ordered, they will change the prices of items just before shipping. - They even added an additional fee that wasn't part of the original order just before shipping. - You WILL pay more than you should, either upfront, or after changes to your "order". - The "Retail Price" shown on their website is purposefully deceptive. - Their customer service is unprofessional and rude, downright belittling their customers over and over. - The availability of items they show online in their system builder is incorrect. The availability they promise personally via mail or phone is incorrect as well. - Instead, while it is in fact unavailable, you get the option to switch to an alternative item for which they just recently increased the price. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This isnt a company this is a scam. They sent a completely different pc to me charged me almost the same Price for a shitty pc. then told me I had approved the change and when I asked for a refund they (or should I say he cause I'm pretty sure it's just one guy working there cause he wouldn't let me speak to anyone else) tried to make me pay a restocking fee he also tried to get me to pay by etransfer initially. here's your warning do not order from here! I never comment stuff like this I've had bad experiences with companies before and I always just move on but this was the worst experience I've had with a company ever! if you don't listen to me that's fine just know it took 3 months and alot of phone calls and emails back and forth before I got my refund so order at your own risk don't be an idiot like me. read more

Had the guy's at Extreme PC build a gaming computer for myself about 4 years ago. The rig ran without any problems until my video card fried last week. That is four years without any issues, they replaced the card within a few hours and beside the direct cost of the video card, there labor cost was quite reasonable. I just got done trying.....(I repeat.....TRYING) to build a computer with these jokers. My first initial build on the Customize section of their website was met with a phone call and a revised invoice telling me what I "needed" to get in order to get it Financed. Apparently (according to Andrew, one of the operators there), the bank won't finance a computer that isn't 4K ready......which made me laugh. Like the bank gives a hoot! He also sent me a revised build showing what was needed......which just happened to include a 1050W power supply on a machine that only needed a 700W supply at best. They had even tried to get me to buy a $1250 video card, instead of the $650 one that I asked for in the initial build. And apparently......it wouldn't hurt to get a 60" television set at the same time. Anyways, the computer jumped in price by almost $1200 bucks, and NONE of the extra cost was necessary. So, I decided to choose one of their pre-configured machines and do a bit of customizing. I sent the build back, and then I received ANOTHER updated configuration with 75% of the parts replaced with different (more expensive) ones, including a 1000W power supply. They even tacked on pieces of hardware that I never asked for. After having to grin and bear the insulting used car salesman's markup techniques, plus another build that essentially ignored what I had asked for, I just told them to cancel it and I moved on. Horrible customer service, returns can be dangerous as they'll fight with you and tell you you're wrong. Was pretty pricey as well. At least the PC was pretty sick. Go find another PC builder honestly... read more
