It took the Apple Store 2 days just to evaluate my Macbook, only to tell me the repairs would cost more than a new one. I brought the same Macbook to these guys. They opened my Macbook right away, briefly showed me some of the stuff that was wrong with my Macbook, took a closer look at it over the day and got back to me with their full analysis within 24 hours. I even saw some guy walk in with his broken iPhone, get it repaired, and walk out with his fixed iPhone within 20 minutes! They always ask customers when they need their stuff back by, and they work hard to get it back to you by that time. In the end, my Macbook needed too many repairs to get it fixed, but they offered a trade-in and gave me a good deal on a refurbished laptop. Definitely recommend these guys.

I went to Apple & got it serviced checked turned out he charged me $630 to put a screen that should've been recycled on my laptop. Told me it was brand new & apple warranty covered. In the end I got my money back thank god! He said basically I'm lucky he's giving me a refund because the screen is cracked. But if it wasn't for the screen cracking I wouldn't have know that he used recycled screen and charged me $630 for it.

My laptop refused to turn on yesterday so I did a quick search of computer repair shops in my area. CompuMobile came up, had great reviews and was literally 2 minutes away from my home. . I walked in, was greeted right away, and the staff (I forget the gentleman's name, 3 letters, started with an A) was immediately sympathetic to the situation. He set me up on their text system, and took my computer. A couple hours later I received a call, the gentleman told me what they thought the problem was (damaged CPU) and they asked me for permission to go ahead with the repair and quoted me around $150 (which, considering my laptop is close to $1000, nevermind all the valuable info on it, is a pretty good deal). Another few hours later I received a call confirming that they have fixed it, and will stress test it over night. The next day I dropped by, a different gentleman by the name of Declan helped me. He gave me a full story to the best of his knowledge of what the issue was, how it happened and what I could do to prevent it from happening in the future, also confirming they give you a 60-day warranty in case the fix wasn't effective. Overall, very helpful and friendly staff, great communication. Will recommend to anyone to come here for phone or computer repairs. Thank you!
