My galaxy s9 screen cracked as it fell face first onto a tile floor in my apartment Monday. Though the phone was still functioning, the crack that filled up 1 third of the screen obviously really bothered me. I did some research on repair options in KW area and found KW Cellular to be the most reputable. I decided to just go in Today 9 am right when they opened to ensure that I can get the repair done asap. Their Service Expert named Azeem - What a gentleman I left my phone at 9:20 am and was able to retrieve it around 10:30 am. Their original estimate was 2 hours, since they do some tests like accessing websites and calling. The fact that they have same day repair is amazing. My phone now looks completely new Overall really satisfied with my experience and hopefully I don't have to come back again, but this is definitely the place to go for any smartphone repair! read more

Very sketchy business, do not use their service. I brought in a tablet that was need in repair, it would not turn on, and I brought it into this shop for them to try to fix it. The service guy told me it would take about a week, and he would call me tomorrow for a diagnostic as to how much it would take to fix it. Well, tomorrow came by and I receive no call. I wait the next day and still no call. So I decide to call the store up and ask for a status on my tablet. I recognize it was the same guy on the phone that I met at the shop to take in my tablet, and he seems very unorganized and forgot about my visit 2 days ago. He finally remembers and tells me it's still being worked on and he'll call me tomorrow, again. So the next day, he calls me and tells me that my tablet is unfix-able, and there's nothing he can do. I tell him I'll be over the next day to pick up my tablet and he agrees. Well, the next day, I drive over in the morning to pick up my tablet, and he tells me he sent it to another shop to see if they can get it fixed! Well, okay then...thanks for telling me. I have to wait until after the weekend now, and he'll give me a call on Monday. Monday happened to be Victoria day holiday, so I didn't get a call, but he calls me on Tuesday to tell me it still can't be fixed. I drive over immediately to get my tablet, and he charges me $50 for the diagnostic, even though they told me the tablet could not be fixed. I'm of course confused, but he tells me that what we agreed on, and I know FOR SURE we did not talk about any $50 diagnostic, which I would gladly pay if my computer was actually fixed. I ended up paying the $50 and walked out with my non fixed tablet which looks like it has been roughed up and taken apart unprofessionally. Fast forward to this last week, I take this tablet to the Best Buy in store repair center at Stone Road, they say they'll try to repair it, and there will be no diagnostic fee if the tablet is in fact unrepairable. Well, they call me up the next day and say my tablet is fixed and I can come and pick it up. Wow, KW completely ripped me off, and I'm even convinced they didn't even look at my tablet, probably didn't even open it up. Don't trust this store. read more

Absolute DOUC*E BAG who works there! I went in to go get my iphone 6S repaired because it was completely smashed into pieces. He said he could fix it without the 50$ diagnostic charge, the next day he calls and says, that the motherboard is broken but it might be able to be fixed, he just needs to order the mother board from apple? and the price would be between 150-250 to fix so i agreed and he told me it would be ready for me the next week but would keep me updated before then... anyways.. its been a few days since i heard from him so i decided to go in today, he told me that he sent it to a different location to get it fixed which he didnt tell me about and he notified me prior to meeting today that it would be ready by the end of this week, when he was talking to me today he told me it would take 3 weeks, unless i paid now and it would only take a few days?? in the beginning he said it would only cost a maximum of 250, but then today he said it would be 500$!!!!! i told him i wanted my sim card back and he told me to 'shut up and listen, you still have to pay me for ordering a motherboard" so i started getting frustrated and insisted for my my sim card and once he gave it back i started walking out he screamed " itll cost 200$ to get you iphone back you bitch!" it was broken anyways. i got the same phone for 150 on kijiji. never go here. he made me cry and hes an absolute waste of time! he has no knowledge of anything and had complete lies about all his prices. read more

Repair issue: We had a Blackberry Classic that was fully functional and working. the 'A' key had fallen off the keyboard and been glued back on and that was the only thing not working well on this device. KW Cellular said they a keyboard in stock and could replace the keyboard that same day. Our CEO picked up his device that day and found that he could not make phone calls and have a conversation because the phone kept cutting in and out. Videos couldn't be played for the same reason. At the owner's request, we took the device back a 2nd time for repair. It came back with the same issues. Frustrated? You bet! The next conversation became a little heated and I did hang up on the guy when he started accusing me of taking in a non-working device in the first place. "I know my repairs" he said. Thinking this was a lost cause, we purchased a new device because you can't leave the CEO of a company without a fully working device. Especially when he is flying out for business the next day. The owners requested we take the device back a 3rd time. Turns out it was a faulty connection when the new keyboard was installed. It's working now. It took more than a week to accomplish a proper repair. I now have 2 fully functional Blackberry Classics; one to collect dust on a shelf. read more
