Took it back 4 times. Kent kept saying he did not want to call the customer support for the manufacturer of the remote start because " I don't want to be number 18 on the customer support line. He couldn't figure out how to resolve issue. He finally gave me my money back. As I was walking out the door he said "Fuck off and don't come back". Nice customer service Kent. I have never gone back. Would recommend you go somewhere else as he doesn't want to install something properly.

I brought my own amp/sub. I was rushed out after their 6pm closing time. I was not shown the work I paid for before rushing me out. While checking out, I asked if the 2 wireless remotes were synced. The owner said yes. I also asked the owner about the warranty. The owner said the receipt and warranty was emailed to me. I went outside to the suv to check the sound. The wireless remotes were not synced. I came back in and stated the remotes were not synced. The tech said the remotes wouldn't light up so he has to call Kicker Monday to troubleshoot. I opened 1 remote and it didn't have a battery. I said I have batteries in my suv so can the battery be added so the remotes can be synced. The tech said he has to call Kicker. (But the simplest, most basic thing to do would've been to see if new batteries allowed the remotes to be synced, before calling Kicker.) Saturday, the next day, I was pissed. 1) Not only did I not receive a warranty/reception in my email. 2) the amp was not velcroed down, as discussed with the tech. 3) the wires from a prior install with the amp were just laying around in the trunk. 4) the subwoofer was making a thunderous sound. When playing music and when music is off. 5) when I added batteries to both remotes, the lights came on. So the remotes could've been synced the day of install if the tech would've listened to me. 6) my beige console is dirty on the driver side and I've only had the brand new 2025 for 3 weeks. Now I have to ride around with this egregious sound for a week until I am off work again, and spend 4 more hours sitting in the shop for something that should've been done correctly the first time. This was not a free job. I paid my hard earned money and entrusted this company with my suv. I could've went elsewhere. I was going to come back and have them install my dashcam and windshield tint but now I will never come back to this company. Nor will I refer my friends and coworkers. This was an extremely sloppy, unprofessional job and they should be ashamed.

Tinted my car but he couldn't get the rear window done right. Lots of contamination and wrinkles. After 3 attempts, I took it somewhere else to get it done properly (and that shop did it on the first try and it was perfect) and when I asked Tai to help cover the cost he refused. Other negative points: -He was late because he had to pickup tint in another city. (maybe be prepared the day before the customers appointment?) -He left a large piece of what looked like PVC pipe in the hatch of my car, and when I drove back and returned it to him he was like "Oh yeah." and wasn't apologetic or thankful at all. -All the times I took the car back for him to fix the defects in his work he was neither apologetic or showed any appreciate for my patience. For the cost this guy charges, I expected better.
