UPDATE: I recently posted a review (see below)--yes, it was…read morenegative, but it was honest. Interestingly, that post generated more communication from this company than I had received throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, that communication was not focused on resolving the issue, but rather on expressing concern over their rating and asking that the review be removed. Respectfully, why would I remove it? Other consumers deserve to be aware of the ongoing issues--misleading information, unfulfilled promises, lack of communication, and a noticeable absence of empathy for clients left dealing with the consequences. There seems to be more concern about public perception than accountability. While they may feel it's unfair to be "called out," as the client now left with thousands of dollars in unexpected debt due to inaccurate or incomplete information, their feelings are not my primary concern. My focus is on addressing the situation I've been placed in as a result of what I believe were misrepresentations made during the transaction. To be clear, we were explicitly told that obtaining GAP coverage was the only way the lender would approve the financing, particularly given the risk associated with negative equity and the potential for a total loss. The explanation provided was that without GAP, the lender would be exposed if there was no asset to recover against the loan. This raises a serious and valid question: how was this deal approved under those conditions if the protections described were not actually in place as presented? At this point, it may be in the lender's best interest to review how these deals are being structured and communicated, to ensure they are not ultimately left assuming risk they were led to believe was mitigated--much like the clients in this situation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm putting this out there so nobody else gets burned by Peel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram the way we did. When we bought our vehicle, we were told straight by, Amir and Ryan that because of negative equity, GAP coverage wasn't optional -- it was the only way to get approved. On top of that, they sold it like it was bulletproof protection. Explained that if anything happened, we'd be covered -- no leftover debt, no problem. Fast forward -- our vehicle gets written off. We're dealing with enough already, and once again, DAVE reassures us: don't worry, GAP will take care of the rest, as i spoke to him as primary contact after the accident. Yeah... not even close. Turns out GAP doesn't "cover everything" like we were told. It only covers a portion -- and now we're stuck paying a loan on a vehicle that doesn't even exist anymore. Let that sink in. Do I blame GAP - no, I blame the dealership for bending the truth to get a sale. We're now on the hook for thousands because of how this was explained (or more accurately -- misrepresented). That's not just bad communication, that's straight-up misleading. This raises serious issues under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act -- because selling something as mandatory and fully protective, when it clearly isn't, is exactly the kind of thing that law is meant to protect people from. And what's worse? Once this all came to light -- silence. No real follow-up. No accountability. No effort to fix it. Just a "too bad, so sad" situation while we're left holding the bill. If we had been told the truth -- the actual limits of this coverage -- we never would have signed. This isn't a misunderstanding. This is what happens when the truth gets bent to close a deal. Buyer beware

Don't be fooled by these reviews; this dealership is just like the others: in it for the sale, and…read moreservice revenue, with little focus on the customer. We were one of the unfortunate suckers who fell victim to the purchase of the "Gold Plus Service Contract" which is meant to cover 13 oil changes. Instead it actually covers as many oil changes that will fit within 100,000 KMs. The recommended interval is every 10K KMs, so only if you NEVER exceed the recommendation (because of you know, life), a reasonable person could only ever redeem 10 oil changes. When I called Peel's Business Manager (the same individual who kept me in his office with the hard sell of said "Service Contract"when I purchased my vehicle), in the same phone call he admitted that he thought 13 were available regardless of other conditions, and only changed his opinion when I shared my experience at another dealer (and then denied everything stated prior). The manager then shared that he'd been selling such contracts for 15 years. (I bought my car in 2021, so at least it took him 4 years to learn the conditions!) It is sadly too common for sales people to not understand the products they are selling, but this isn't a coffee maker, it's the purchase of a $2,300 service contract on a $40K vehicle (much more today). My odometer was at 105K, and I asked for ONE measly free oil change, and was denied. So instead of spending the cost of an oil change, this dealership has chosen to tarnish the customer relationship, guarantee no future business from me, as well as (hopefully) anyone who will read this review. I will continue to re-post this review on a regular cadence, and on multiple platforms, to ensure my message is heard. My advice: 1. Avoid this dealership 2. Do not buy any additional services 3. Do not trust what it said by the sales people about the so-called value of additional offerings - they don't understand the offering, and only want the upsell

Safety Certificate, new All Season Tires, front pads and rotors. At pickup. Driving home the car is noisy, sluggish, steering wheel vibrates, which continued till Jan 20/24. One week after ownership car has a starting issue which goes on into early May when check engine light comes on. OBD reader code P0340 Camshaft Positioning Sensor, they replaced it. July my front wheels are grinding on/off as I'm slowing down. They checked it out said no issues. August squeaky noisy front breaks. They put on a new set of front pads and rotors and this time they were new as the rotors were clean and new looking. On Pickup Car day the rotors were old and rusty. So they did not actually put new pads and rotors on as part of safety, like they said! September the cars grinding much louder. Took it to a different shop to find out the car is unsafe and front drivers wheel bearing needs to be replaced immediately because the wheel is about to fall off! So I did. October car won't start again on/off Leopard sent a tow truck to get the car, they had it for two weeks and supposedly replaced the engine with a used one with less mileage. No paper proof of this! November noise and bounce in the rear when I get in the car. I mentioned this noise a few times to Leopard. Reply, no issues! Took it to another shop and findings were rear shocks need replacing, so I did. December check engine light comes on, shows P0420 oxygen sensor/catalytic convertor. January I'm getting winter tires put on and the technician points out a bent front rim (inside) they do an alignment check it fails. All this time I've only had one front wheel aligned. I did the alignment and tire rotation, bent rim on the back. Now the car drives better than it ever has, not too sluggish and steering wheel not vibrating nearly as much. Leopard Motors sold me an overpriced car with a lot of expensive issues. Which I'm sure they new about. Did they get it from auction or a scrap yard They convinced me to buy the A-protect Luxury warranty for $1299.00 plus tax, saying you have "nothing to lose" this warranty covers everything! But later on denies the statement. This warranty package has yet to cover a thing. Do not buy that warranty! Waste of money. I do not recommend that you buy a car here but if you do, take it elsewhere for servicing. P.S Sales Manager/Owner, Sorry doesn't cut it!! And don't call me and ask me to remove the review just because you fixed a few things that should have been done before you sold the car for double it's worth!!

Being relatively new to the west end, I found Mississauga Toyota on Google Maps. Closest to my home, I decided to come here to get my car repaired. The Service + Parts Department opens at 8 so I went first thing. This location is very clean and staffed very well. As soon as I got here, there was someone to assist me immediately. He examined my car to determine what needed to be done. After I paid for the repairs, there was another staff member who walked me to where my car was parked. I know very little about cars, but the helpfulness and friendly service was very much appreciated. Good for: cars, Toyota parts/maintenance/service

This spring, I noticed a significant drop in fuel efficiency on my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. When I called the service department, I was told by Albert that my mileage was "normal" and similar to his own. I followed up with a detailed email to the service manager requesting diagnostics -- but received no response at all. I then took the vehicle to another Toyota dealership, where they performed a throttle body and EFI system cleaning. The issue was immediately resolved, and fuel economy returned to normal -- confirming there was a clear and demonstrable cause. While I'm still happy with my RAV4 and plan to stick with Toyota, I've lost confidence in Mississauga Toyota's service support and will be purchasing my next vehicle from a different dealership.

I came to Dixie Mazda three weeks ago and purchased a Mazda CX-3…read more I came to this location because I wanted to make the purchase through Ishan- the same gentleman I came to a few years back to purchase my father's car. We had such a great experience with him then that I wanted to go directly through him, avoiding the usual displeasure I get when dealing with car salesmen. Over the years, nothing has changed. This dealership still has a very large selection of vehicles, the staff is very courteous, and they really do their best to make you feel like a "valued" customer (it's cheesy as hell sometimes, but obviously a good business practice). Ishan himself is very knowledgeable. He knows everything about everything when it comes to vehicles and purchasing them. He offers excellent advice and really goes the extra mile to ensure that you've received all the necessary information. After having "completed" the purchase - the dealership presented me with a points card to use in their maintenance department- it was even loaded with some money ($25, i think) to use for your service at this location. I highly recommend Dixie Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a car. And I highly recommend Ishan for anyone that doesn't like pushy and aggressive salesmen. Check them out- you won't be disappointed!
