I picked up my phone the same day without any fuss or extra charges. Now when I got another phone shortly after I took it in to have a part repaired and asked to check if the phone could be unlocked to a specific carrier. The repair was done for over $100 less than I was quoted elsewhere and when the tech noticed the phone couldn't be unlocked he didn't do it. Now that is respect for a client!
