After an hour, I decided to go and fetch my computer and take it elsewhere. While I waited (yes, more waiting), a man and a woman were having an angry exchange with a staffer. They were more than dissatisfied and their anger was mounting by the time someone finally served me, only to say they didn't know what was wrong with my laptop. When I left, the anger exchange was escalating. I took my computer to Innovations IT and they solved the problem immediately at a reasonable price. Stay away from Finet!
