One custom ordered hoodie. Took about 3 weeks to arrive, but was not in a hurry for it…read more I made sure to measure my kid's other hoodies to be sure to order the correct size. The Hoodie I order arrived 2.5" shorter then the measurement chart and the sleeves shorter as well, consider they say there will be shrinkage this is a problem for an already too short item. I contacted the company same day, and told them of the measurements. I was asked to take pictures of the garment with a tape measure. So I do, and send them back. Only to be told they do not make the garments (no surprise there) and they are reliant on the supplier for sizing guides. My item is 2.5" too short, on their web site it says 1.5" is acceptable. They reply saying 1-2 is acceptable and will not be making an exchange, and they point out if they did it would be for the same size-why on earth send me another too small hoodie. Obviously they are not quality checking their supply, so that is on them and they could report that to the company and then maybe the size chart would be correct. So now I have an expensive hoodie that is already too short for a growing kid. I can guarantee this hoodie will shrink in the wash. Thanks for wasting my time Entripy, showing you Don't check the quality of your items, nor stand behind your own return policy. a big thumbs down for me, and would not recommend.
