I liked how most of the things can be done online via their website; we were able to select the template, pay, sign the contact, and even view back the digital photos online. Frank, the sales manager, was very responsive which is a definite plus when coordinating a wedding. They had quite a lot of selection for templates in either 4" x 6" or 2" x 6" strips, and will send you proofs to make sure that is what you want. My only complaint is that, after selecting one of their default templates, the proofs I got back were NOT the same at all. Completely the wrong colour and completely wrong font. Thankfully they were willing to change it, but it took a couple of tries to get it right even though I had selected the colour via their website and also was just using the same default font as their online template. Thank god for those proofs. The day of they were pretty good, got everything set up early and had a large variety of props available. The props looked pretty good quality too. They even provided little plastic bag covers to protect the photos which was a very nice touch. However, the attendant that we got could barely understand English. Although he was very nice and was clearly trying his best, it was a little difficult as some of my guests also were not native English speakers to start with. No real issues in the end, so overall I would say they were a good company to work with and would consider using them if there is ever a need again!

Don't bother making any adjustments to their contract prior to signing as it will be forgotten/ignored. I had requested a second printer to be present on our wedding day as back up in case there was any mechanical issues. None of the photos were being printed due to a printer issue in the beginning of the night and the staff said they did not have a 2nd printer on standby. I had also requested for the staff to be in professional attire as this was for a wedding and had this included in our contract. One of the staff showed up in cargo pants and a tshirt and had to be dismissed soon after starting. The photobooth itself also started to lag towards the end of the night resulting in many blurred images. I would not recommend cinebooth to anyone unless they wish to be ridden with anxiety throughout the entire process of working with them. I understand this is a highly busy period for all wedding related vendors but this does not excuse them to disregard contracts and not communicate deadlines in a timely manner with their clients. Hire at your own risk.
