Kennedy's is all of those and more. They have always provided me with excellent service in the past, and this year they came through on a project that took a handful of photos and a poem and turned them into a family heirloom. Dave and Sarah are knowledgeable and genuinely committed their work and their customers, going the extra mile to ensure the end result exceeds expectations. The people there were very nice. but, it was in a super sketchy area but I heard that they are…read moregoing to move to a much nicer area so I shouldn't judge them about that too much. When we rang the doorbell multiple times, there was no response and the door was locked. We had to call the place a couple of times until they picked up. But when one of the staff came, she was very helpful. They told us that sometimes, the residents of the building locked the doors even when they were not supposed to, so it was not the business' fault. When we went in, there was a bunch of yarn and patterns. All in all, I would rate it 5 stars because the business was not responsible for the issues we experienced.

Once you enter the building there are signs guiding your way. The ladies are wonderful,, patient and kind! Very knowledgable and offer meaningful advise. I came to check out the store on my way back to Chicago area from Niagara Falls, and it was worth the effort! I plan to shop online here in the future!

Hobby lobby is a love hate relationship for me. I bought slime and wanted to return it. It was two…read moredays since I had gotten it. I went into the store w the receipt and slime and they said they couldn't find it in their system on their iPad. A manager-looking woman came over and said she would go back to the aisle and look. When she came back she said I couldn't return it because it wasn't a product in the store. At this point my blood was a simmer. I say "here's the receipt, here's the slime. It clearly looks like your product. Whether or not you have it come up isn't my problem" The manager looking lady doesn't care and reiterates that if they can't find it, I cannot return it. I decide to go back myself. Imagine the surprise when I go back and find it! This wasn't the first time I had a hassle w returns. They have an old system and they don't take electronic payments. it's just kind of wonky how they do everything at that store. Hence the love-hate relationship! I go shopping at the store sporadically, only because they do have nice things.
