I am a knitter, so I go to the yarn selection in the store. There I find an array of choices. I just want to cuddle up on one of the shelves. Fabulous colors and textures abound. If you're creative, this is a place you will want to visit. Excellent spot to find gifts for creative people of all ages! Bonus: the staff are all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was having trouble finding something and the staff member walked me right to the spot and made sure I found what I needed. The parking lot is large and easy, and the front entrance is accessible with no stairs. Restrooms are gender-neutral. The building itself is set away from the main street and hard to see if you don't know it's there. There is a tiny "Hyatt" sign at the driveway, which is shared with the oil change place. Go past the oil change place and you'll see the large blue building. This store is well worth seeking out.

The person cashing you out will always be friendly, cheerful, and interested in what you're working on. The staff will steer you towards a beautiful product that will work better than anything as well. It takes all of my free will to not take a pic of it and go to Michael's or buy it direct for half the price though. When I was in undergrad it was fun to hear here and get "the nice" supplies but the price increases just give me anxiety when I come here. Like I have to choose whether I want to be able to get a flight to NYC round trip or buy what I want there.

The selection here is pretty great, superior to Green Earth, but inferior to Akashas Den in Oakville. However, the prices of certain crystals are way cheaper than I've found anywhere else. The two woman I met working at the store were extremely friendly and pretty knowledgable. Which is a big deal when it comes to crystals, you don't want someone giving you the wrong information just to make some money.
