I am a knitter, so I go to the yarn selection in the store. There I find an array of choices. I just want to cuddle up on one of the shelves. Fabulous colors and textures abound. I always buy more than I need, but the yarns seem to pop in my hands and say take me home. The fabric selection is awesome too. They have kits for making quilts in many sizes and colors. If you do any crafts, stop in for some interesting finds. I look forward to coming back.

I just left this location a few minutes ago. Wow, what awful service! I know nothing about fabrics…read more& the like. I walked in hoping to get some advice from their staff for an upcoming project so that when I was ready, I could buy some supplies from them. Instead.....I ended up puttering around aimlessly looking through their various isles, in the hopes that one of their staff members would help me, but nobody offered any help. After ten minutes, I approached an older woman with white hair. I asked her a couple of questions. It was obvious that she didn't want to talk to me after the first question. Why, I don't know nor do I care. As a guy who knows nothing about this type of stuff, I took a chance in the hopes that these guys could help. But apparently I have the plague. This is why I prefer online shopping. Only now I have to join some online forums to ask questions & I'll have to wait for my goods to be shipped.

The people there were very nice. but, it was in a super sketchy area but I heard that they are…read moregoing to move to a much nicer area so I shouldn't judge them about that too much. When we rang the doorbell multiple times, there was no response and the door was locked. We had to call the place a couple of times until they picked up. But when one of the staff came, she was very helpful. They told us that sometimes, the residents of the building locked the doors even when they were not supposed to, so it was not the business' fault. When we went in, there was a bunch of yarn and patterns. All in all, I would rate it 5 stars because the business was not responsible for the issues we experienced.

This shop is a little hard to find, unless you know it has space in what was a high school, now…read morehousing various businesses and a church. Once you enter the building there are signs guiding your way. The ladies are wonderful,, patient and kind! Very knowledgable and offer meaningful advise. I came to check out the store on my way back to Chicago area from Niagara Falls, and it was worth the effort! I plan to shop online here in the future!
