They told us that sometimes, the residents of the building locked the doors even when they were not supposed to, so it was not the business' fault. When we went in, there was a bunch of yarn and patterns. All in all, I would rate it 5 stars because the business was not responsible for the issues we experienced.

This meant that rather than giving my dear MIL an almost good gift, we were able to give her EXACTLY what she wanted. In future, when we visit family in Buffalo, and wish to give gifts, we'll go the Bead Gallery first for their custom work (which is MUCH better priced that Houston!) Thanks Bead Gallery.
