Fabulous memories are made here. OK, they are not "making" them, but they are "making them permanent" for you. I used them first with a groupon a few years ago. Using their very easy website I was able to upload some pictures, pick out the ones I liked the most, do some editing, and have them blown up quite large. While my camera is nice, its not a professional one by any means, but the pictures (18*30 inches or so) are terrific! Since then I have used them for some smaller "blow-ups" of some of my favorite shots. The best thing about them is the website, its very easy to use. I am a professional illustrator and I've been using IPrintfromHome since around 2006. I first used them when looking for companies to do giclee prints on watercolor-type paper, and was recommended by a friend. I was very happy with the quality and gradually started using them as my main source for prints. Their prices are very fair and you won't find a better turn-around time anywhere (shipped out same day for orders placed before 6:00 am, 3 days for fine art prints). They also offer free shipping for orders over $36 which is extremely helpful for customers such as myself, who place large orders. I've done prints through many different companies and sources, and I have to say, IPrintfromHome's color calibration and contrast is spot-on. You also get the same print time after time - no 'surprise' changes in printing. You may have to adjust your initial files based on your own monitor setup, but honestly that's a requirement for any printing setup, be it home or off-site. Customer service has always been prompt and helpful, and whenever I have a question, I've always received a satisfying answer very quickly. Usually I would include negative experiences as well, but I haven't really had any. Instead of trying to find a way to work with me and find a resolution that was convenient for both of us, they treated me like I was bothering them. Their responses were extremely condescending. This was my first time printing artwork from iPrintfromHome, and though I don't live nearby I've heard great things and they had the best prices I could find. Most importantly the prints turned out just as I imagined and they were very quickly made. I also liked how they were very well packaged and came in great shape. My only concern was that the website interface looked like it hadn't been changed since the 90s and it was a bit confusing and slow, but I'll definitely be using them again so it's something I can work around. Could be sooo much better. So sad. You send them digital images and they send you reproductions. The prints and reproductions look really good on first inspection. They arrived timely. However, since I have tried three total companies for this art show to test their quality I have to say, I will go elsewhere. They have only email customer service. In this day and age where everyone is talking less and less to each other I strive to connect with people on a face to face basis whenever possible. Emailing to handle orders like this is not sufficient for my needs as an artist nor as a person. Their website is also clunky, old fashioned and not elegant, as one would think since they deal with creatives. But, the product looks good.... make your own decision. For me, I choose to work with real people who care enough to speak with me person to person. If I want this sort of customer support I can buy from China. read more

As a Walgreens employee working in the photo department for over 6 years, iPrintfromhome has a.) better prices b.) better quality print (by far). They offer a varoety of photo styles and products, as well as lamination and boarding. As you get up into the 6'x2' sizes for banners and such, their prices don't get as competitive. Walgreens might even have a banner price cheaper than them and with the same printer. However, if you are looking for good customer service and the right technology to get your photos in your hand the way they should be, this place has you covered. read more

Great, great company to get prints from! Aside from the top-quality photographic prints (my favorite: metallic), everything about working w/ them is better than any other photo lab I've dealt with. I even scanned a finger painting my son did on wrinkled up paper, sent it to them, had it printed slightly larger on canvas - you can't tell unless you feel the canvas that it isn't actually the original paint. I used iprintfromhome to order prints of my art work, and while the paper quality was good, the colors were at all what they seemed on the previews. I contacted customer service since the website supposedly has a 100% no fuss guarantee, but this is not at all true. I asked only for a partial refund even though I spent $60 on my prints, and they did not even apologize and refused to give me the refund and pretty much attributed it on my photography skills, even though the pictures looked fine on all phone, camera, and computer screens. When I tried to email again, they simply sent me the link to their website (where they claim to have refunds). I replied again and they did not even bother to respond. I am more upset by the customer service and their misleading claims than the actual print quality which was good. They should not advertise as having a guarantee if they won't actually offer it. If they had at least acknowledged the issue, I may have ordered from them again, but next time I will save myself the money, time, and hassle and just order from office depot or Walgreens. read more
