As Harry was working on it, he had noticed the arms were slightly bent from a previous owner, and would result in being unable align to spec. He walked through the issues found with me and provided detailed paperwork to show to the original dealership which resulted in them repairing under warranty the next day. Diagnostic spot on. Not only that, he voided the cost of alignment due to damages by seller and did not charge for the diagnostic. Fast forward a few years later and that level of honest and detailed work has not missed a beat. Every time there is a potential underlying issue that can disrupt the job or come back to bite customers in the behind in the future, they will not hesitate to inform customers of it prior to doing work. I will continue referring them to friends/family and coming here myself if I ever need work done to my vehicles beyond my control. They are one of the few honest shops around!

While I was happy to pay something, we're talking about what is literally a piece of leftover scrap PPF film. I had $10 but was so offended, I just left and ordered it on Amazon for $9. Sucks when you try to support local businesses since I live just a couple blocks away but you're met with this type of sales attitude.

As soon as my car was lifted, one mechanic worked on the tires and one mechanic worked on the oil change. My car was back on the ground in 10 minutes. I've never had an oil change done this fast. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident.
