Well I came here initially for some fresh flowers & fruit yet I ended up filling up my cart half full! The flower selection I wasn't too wowed with but I made do because @ the end of the day it's a grocery store not the florist. my husband was at your store today between 2:50 and 3:00p purchasing some items the manager showed up and said that he couldn't buy any alcohol because he was intoxicated he was not intoxicated he is on heavy medicine due to an accident he had last week while driving someone had hit his car and he's on different meds for that. i did not appreciate the manager and some of the staff yelling at him i was on the other end of the line hearing them yelling time to get out of the store. as he told you he will not be returning to your store and neither will i i will be letting family members and friends know don't ever go to fry's ever again very rude of you all , saying loudly that he was intoxicated he couldn't hear me say can i talk to them. shame shame shame. manager was black hair and african american lady. once again shame shame shame on you. read more

Very nice, large Fry's, but it's always crazy busy! Actually, I feel like social distancing cannot be practiced because of the high volume of shoppers. I've come at different times of the day and the store is always busy. It's clean tho... and shelves are stocked. Lots of covered parking. read more

We had a problem at this store 10-days ago. Employees (maybe managers) calling us and other customers, "stupid customers " and "dumb people " I have tried to get Fry's and/or Krogers to talk to me about this repulsive action of their employees , but nobody contacts me. Its been 10-days and have been promised 5-times now (by Kroger and Frys) that some will definitely call me and find out what is actually happening in this store. But obviously nobody cares anymore . i'm recovering from knee surgery and I live in that area, Sarll and Yuma and my first day out to do some shopping and my husband went and got a wheelchair. It was very easy. They had like five or six wheelchairs ready to go in the front of the store they were all charged. They have way too many self check out...why would I perform the duties of a paid employee (with no pay or discount) so you can avoid hiring people to do these jobs? The jokes on me. Came through with a whole cart of food and ended up having to bag my own groceries because there were no baggers and the checker could not put any more groceries on the belt until I bagged the groceries and put them in the cart. I am currently out in AZ for the winter. I need a pharmacy for my husband and myself. The first month it was new Az laws that prevented my script from being filled. Month 2 same thing. So I cld my Dr ofc and explained the Az laws. My Dr got back to me at 8:13 am that they corrected the script at fry's. I go to fry's @ 3:30pm and my script is not ready for pickup. It needs to be counted give us 20-30 min. WTH you've had 7 hours to fill it and you want ano 30 min. They lost me as a customer today as that's ridiculous. At home I walk in maybe 1-2 people in line but I'm out in 5 min or less. When I went back to cashier to get my script at fry's there were 8 people in line with one cashier open. That took ano 30 minutes. At 4:15 I was finally given my script. So if you plan on using fry's pharmacy make sure you have 8 + hours to kill. I think I might try Target next month. read more

The pharmacy employees here are the slowest in the state! I mean hello it's not like patients are depending on their meds! And in order to get your RX filled you have to call the pharmacy to inform themm to fill, seriously !!!! I send scripts all the time to pharmacies all over Phoenix for numerous patients and this is so unheard of I tell my patients to head to thee pharmacy or will take 45 min . I was in the self checkout trying to buy an energy drink because i was so stressed with all of the schoolwork I had and my card kept declining and a lovely lady who worked at the self checkout named Mary Jane offered to pay for me. I said no it's okay but she really insisted. She handed me money and let me keep the change. She didn't have to help me or do anything but she did out of the kindness of her own heart. Just starting using the Fry's Pharmacy near my house as I moved here from Florida a year ago and just recently needed medications filled for various issues. I want to commend Diane, a staff pharmacist, for offering information to me based not only on her professional knowledge but personal knowledge of a prescription I was picking up today. She really went out of her way to ask me questions and I felt comfortable answering them. She seemed like she really cared and I'm not used to that experience at your typical pharmacy. Of course, I visited on a Sunday morning so I'm guessing she had the time to do so but still didn't mean she HAD to do so. I blindly chose this pharmacy at the doctor's office on Friday as I didn't have one set up but do my grocery shopping there. Not disappointed. read more

Going to the Fry's in Goodyear is one of our favorite outings of the week. Everyone is friendly, you see the same reliable faces all the time, they make things special to order, and they have everything you can possibly imagine there. For awhile they didn't have deals on the soda prices for the sleeves but they got deals back again for the holidays. That was a relief because we had to get soda from Safeway during that time! I was around the Deli area today and over heard one of the Deli employees arguing with a customer about chicken. The customer was explaining to the Deli worker about the fried chicken sale in the Ad. The Deli worker had no clue about. Then the worker tells the customer she has to wait for the chicken. She didn't give her the one in the case. That to me was is way to treat Your Loyal Customers. Had a pharmacist have no patience to listen to my problem about med refill. Nor let me get a word in edge wise. Lost my patience with him and told him he was an idiot. His response to me was " your a fucken idiot!" Then hung up on me! Called store supervisor, she was able to tell me where the error was. Which should of been done by the pharmacist! In the first place. Store supervisor I'm guessing thinks there wouldn't be anymore problems because he's " a floater " This med refill has not been my only problem. They close the drive threw all the time, mostly weekends and always say they're understaffed. Today is my last day dealing with this pharmacy, I will be switching to Walgreens. Under no situation should a employee speak to a PAYING customer in that manner, and being a floater is no excuse for doing so. This store really is a hit and miss. The look of the building is so inviting. The covered parking is amazing. The location is great. The downfall is the stock of products and the wait time. Today I walked up with not a single cart available. I walked back into the parking lot and found only one. Grabbed my veggies and fruit. Most of the time the quality is subpar. Today everything I needed in the produce was surprisingly in stock. I went next to the deli where I waited for upwards of 15 minutes to be helped. This is my adventure so far today. I love Frys Food, it's my store of choice. But this location typically falls below the standards that other stores set. read more

this will be the last time i ever step foot inside a frys market place, first off i go in to get 4 cases of soda for $10 and the person at station 2 at 2:45 tells me i cant get the deals that been getting for years unless i spend $25 or more on groceries, as well i have a 12 pack of henieken with a free case of 24 case of water for free with the purchase and got charged for the water that was suppost to be free and the cash register has the nurve to be rude as fuck. last time i will ever go to any frys market place.!! they need to hire better sale professionals. if i could give negative stars i would in a heartbeat read more
