I order 4 Tube Tables from Jim invoice 20531. He charged me $2395.00. Unfortunately I paid him the total amount because I had done business with him in the past. Jim never got back with me. I can't say enough good things about our experience with James Fry Creatives! When we bought our house more than 15years ago, we didn't expect to need storage for a travel trailer. When we purchased one, we felt lucky that it fit perfectly in our driveway...or so we thought. The city told us we had to move it or face fines. We needed a solution that would allow us to park in our side yard. Jim came up with this beautiful rolling gate that opens at the corner to allow us the space needed to park in the narrow yard. Adding a review for the white powder coated fence he installed two years ago. Fence starting rusting within months. Multiple promises were made by Jim to fix it, but he never did. I have had a similar experience to those who posted reviews below. Promises to finish or start the job that he got deposits for over a period of MONTHS but he does not show up. read more

I cannot stress enough that you should stay clear of this company.  We ordered (and paid for) 2 rather small projects.  The first was metal panels to disguise an AC unit.  They were delivered but designed wrong so it could not be installed.  After months of back and forth with Jim Fry and MANY promises from him to come look at and fix the problem he never showed and never fixed the issue.  We ended up paying someone else to fix his errors.  The second was a panel for an outdoor shower.  It was paid for in full with the first project and 6 months later he still will not deliver it.  He has promised numerous times to deliver and never shows, never apologizes, and never reschedules.  Unreliable, unprofessional, not a man of his word.  Don't waste your time or money with this company. read more

Ordered a DJ Booth off the website. This is some of the worst customer service I have received or haven't received in that matter. I have called, text, & emailed multiple times and Fry Fab (Jim) had not returned any of my attempts to contact. This was needed by a specific date. Jim the owner gave me a few excuses but never elaborated on what was going on. A Simple phone call to explain that he didn't have it ready would have been key in this process. Jim was very active at the beginning when he didn't have the business but once I paid he went radio silent. This process has been unacceptable. Some of the worst communication I have ever dealt with. Once I canceled the order is when he reached out. It had been about 4 days without any return communication from Jim the owner of Fry Fab. Super unreliable, please don't use this company. Still waiting for my items after 3 months of the original request. The items were in stock when I ordered them and they said they will ship the next day. Well obviously they didn't have them. I had several communications over the phone and email and they apologized and said they were shipped somewhere else but somehow they avoided sending me the tracking number so, I couldn't check on my order. Then I personally talked to Jim Fry on the phone and he said he will take care of this personally and ship my items and I still waiting for the tracking number a week after. I don't recommend this company, very unreliable and they just keep lying to us, didn't get the items or a refund yet, unbelievable!!!!! read more

I don't normally write negative reviews but I couldn't keep myself from writing this one. Please...if you plan to do business with Jim Fry, beware. We got lots of attention up front until he got our business and money and then communication was spotty at best. We never gave him a deadline, just asked for communication. It was like pulling teeth to get that. Then, we received our product. The welding was so poorly done you could see right through it in places, the powder coating had burrs so large you could cut your hand on them, not to mention the overspray and the ripple effect marks all along the top of our piece. Also, the lighting which he charged us a healthy fee to "upgrade" was nothing but the cheapest strands of LEDs that money could buy. The worst part of it was he never stood behind his work. Once it was delivered (forgot to mention the powder coating being damaged during delivery), communication pretty much ceased. He would tell you he was going to help you and then you'd never hear back from him. So needless to say, we had to pay someone else a lot of money to fix his carelessness and lack of attention to detail, not to mention the business that was lost during that time.
