It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again for all our future tile and grout needs!

Josh came out put an estimate together which after calling other companies was very fair. After talking to my wife and I to schedule a day, we found out not surprisingly they were book out a few weeks . Josh found out the wife had family flying in to visit with us for a few weeks. Josh went over his schedule and somehow found a Friday they could do it prior to the family visiting. The workers came out laid down a few grout color Samples. I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college…read morestudents so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

This told me they truly knew tile and how to care for it with proper equipment. Tony came out to give an estimate whic was prompt and detail oriented. My wife and I were impressed by his personal touch but in depth knowledge of how they were going to clean and make our floors look brand new. Pricing was extremely FAIR including repairs of some grout and tiles that were popping up. When it came time for cleaning, Daniel arrived. First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite…read moreand professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

But, I love our floor tile so much I decided to give grout staining a try. I did not to be so blown away at how good it turned out. The crew was amazing, friendly and super hard working. Horrible experience. Paid almost $700 to have 2 showers cleaned/sealed, couple of cracks repaired…read moreand caulking around kitchen sink redone. After the "cleaning and sealing" was completed it looked like nothing had been done. Pictures posted in review are after the work was completed. The grout that was repaired was also a totally different color. As for the kitchen sink.... they placed gray grout over top of old clear caulking and lime scale build up. Called back and talked to the person who came out and gave us a quote the first time and shared pictures and concerns. He came out the next day and looked at it and agreed it didn't look good. After he tried to re-clean the shower he said sometimes things just don't come clean and the grout color doesn't match because the other grout wouldn't come clean also that they cannot guarantee cleaning services..... none of which was explained during the quote or when we wrote a $700 check. He then said he would talk to the owner and see what else they could do for us..... Called back the next day to tell us nothing could be done but color stain the grout lines in one shower for another $300...... Not sure what we paid $700 for or why we would pay another $300 for when neither shower looked like it was cleaned at all and the small amount of "repairs" done were sloppy and didn't even match. Wouldn't mind paying $700 for work if it was done correctly. Would never recommend grout doctor to anyone ever again.
