Highest praise for Arizona Pest! Our technician was completely professional and courteous, but even more impressive, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a LOT of time educating us on the various pests we were experiencing. He inquired about our preferences, since we have young children and also an organic garden, so he gave us several different options of how to deal with them -- from using eco-friendly, less toxic products to the stronger ones. He explained the benefits and drawbacks of each, and never pressured us to choose the more expensive option. It was obvious that his goal was to SOLVE OUR PROBLEM, whether or not that meant more money for him or a monthly contract vs. a one-time visit. He has been in this business for 22 years, and was able to thoroughly answer all our questions. We appreciated that he spent the time not just spraying and leaving, but using a variety of measures (spray, dusting, bait, and glue traps) so that he could not just keep the pests at bay, but could actually get to the root of the problem where the bugs had their colonies. He took the time to lift things and move things so the poisons would be most effective. tldr: Amazing job, very knowledgable, does a great job. You can't go wrong. Rats with wings. That's what pigeons are. I had a nook on my house that they had decided was a good spot to take up residence. After talking and trying to have two other companies come over to evict them, I was talking to a friend who recommended I call these guys. Arizona, yes that's his name, is amazing! Came out, knows his stuff. He cleaned up and evicted the pigeons. He used bird spikes and paints them so they blend in with the home. Then he placed bird wire across some little windows where they weren't nesting but they would land and hang out and poop. For the nook he also used 1/2" steel mesh to make sure they couldn't come back. Previous owner and used chicken wire on that nook but that didn't work. After him doing his magic it took a few weeks for them to figure out they weren't welcome, and to be honest it was pretty funny watching the birds run into the bird spikes. Now it's bird free, and I'm happy. Also the prices were way better then anyone else. read more

Arizona Jones does an amazing job! He's prompt, friendly, thorough, and always leaves us laughing. When he first came to our recently purchased home to take care of a honey bee hive in the attic, it only took one treatment to resolve the problem. Over the years during routine spraying, he has found signs of termites and seasonal ants before they became a serious threat to our house. He always takes the time to explain the treatment process so we're put to ease. Whether he chooses granular, spraying, or both, we know his decisions are guided by years of experience.
