First, I want to make sure everyone knows that even though their Google site says "permanently…read moreclosed," they are OPEN. Now this is WHY I want everyone to know: this company is the most HONEST company! We called them because one of our air conditioners stopped working. The technician found that it was a simple issue with a bent fan and fixed it perfectly. It would have been so easy for them to have said it was something expensive, but they were completely honest. The technician wouldn't even accept a tip (and we REALLY tried)! He also had no idea that I was going to write a review. (I, myself, wouldn't have even thought about it.) They are just high quality people who do high quality work! We will always use them now, and I'm telling you: you will be blown away (and your AC will be blowing cold air again perfectly)!

They were referred by the general contractor that did fire repairs on my home, I have an issue…read morethat's under warranty and was told Mario was notified to do the repair. I did not hear from Mario and called to confirm he had my info and described my problem. I was told he'd get back with me to get it fixed, it's been 9 days since he was notified and I haven't heard anything. Decided it's best to use text so I have a record of my contacts and what's said. I understand that my issue isn't considered to be an emergency but I expected some kind of communication about the matter. I had problems with the Gen Contractor initially so I've been skeptical about any warranty work, just waiting for a return call now and will update my score as time passes. I was hoping this would be done in a timely manner.

The tile design has lots of grooves that traps dirt and after his cleaning it is much improved. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what product to use where and clearly is a leader in his field. (He holds patents and has designed cleaning tools!) He is consulted around the nation on commercial projects when flooring products aren't performing as anticipated. As a fellow construction industry professional I can see his value. Highly recommend for small to large jobs (flooring and upholstery). He can also repair cracked tile or loose tile and seal new tile/grout so it doesn't get dirty (preventative maintenance). Reasonably priced.

I called Mark and he answered the phone and we set up a date and time that was mutually acceptable. Since he is in Mesa and I'm in Goodyear a late afternoon worked for both of us. There was a major crash on I-10 and that caused him to be late but he called to give me updates. He arrived and reviewed the job. I had a safe in place for several years and when the movers removed it there was a rust stain under it on the cart. I was just about to start getting estimates to replace the carpet but Mark said to let him work on it. Let me tell you, he worked a miracle!!!! The carpet was clean and there was no sign of the rust stain. The whole house sparkled as he cleaned the tile too. It actually looks better than when I moved into the house 5 years ago!!! I would highly recommend Traymark Ultra Cleaning Systems for your carpet and tile cleaning!!!!

For two…read moreyears, the actual cleaning team was reliable, trustworthy, and friendly (which is why this isn't a one star review) but unfortunately a team member was ill in my bathroom minutes into arriving yesterday and management/ownership's response was shocking. The team called their manager Lindsey to let her know and she encouraged they "push through this one" (2-3 more hours here) but she would cancel their later appointments. I was very shocked and upset the main office instructed an employee to continue working in my home while sick. A few minutes later, I requested that the team leave with both their well-being and my own family's in mind. I spoke with Lindsey and Owner Jill later in the day and told them it was not ok to leave a sick employee in a client's home. They stood by their decision to tell the team to finish the job so I canceled all of my future cleanings before we got off the phone. After this incident I see that they have a history of refusing to take responsibility when they have mismanaged a situation so I look forward to hiring a more professional company that doesn't disregard employee and client wellbeing.

We purchased a Jacuzzi from Imagine Backyard Living after much research and going to various stores…read moreto look at other brands and hearing about their installation crew recommendations. We are most pleased with the Southwest Scapes installation team of Casey Porter, Kelly Porter and their two workers Harley and Jesus. Casey's team is outstanding in all areas important. They are professional, have integrity, are trustworthy, are reliable, do a beautiful job, clean up everything, are timely, and very personable. They felt more like friends/family than hired workers. We had zero concerns and would welcome them for any project within their wheelhouse, which is quite a lot. They went above and beyond and we have received many compliments on our new backyard. They dug out an existing huge old fountain/pond that took up an 8' x 14' space. They took out 110 electric and ran 220 and prepped and paved the area so our new Jacuzzi could go there. They fixed crooked old pavers that were tripping hazards that we didn't even ask them to fix, but they saw problems and addressed them. They ran a water line and electrical to another area and built a beautiful fountain from scratch, drilling holes in the rocks, rather than installing a pre-made fountain from Costco which we almost purchased. Casey is a creative artist with a good eye for detail and made the surrounding area aesthetically pleasing, even with matching our 30 year old pavers. They have decades of experience. They are top notch and we highly recommend them.

He was hired by recommendations from Imagine Backyards who installed our hot tub back a few years…read moreago during a backyard remodel. Hired him to remove hot tub and fill hole and install tile matching existing tile. Gave him a tile to match, and when time came to install the tile, he had tile that didn't match and we were told he couldn't take it back. Never asked the name of our existing tile, but did mention it was easy to get. It was a horrible job- tried to get hold of him which took almost 2 weeks. I was able to track down the exact tile we have and purchased it. So, he said we could split the labor cost if we buy the tile, which we did. Called him to say we have the tile and he says he decided he can't do the job at the quoted price. He was informed that we are out yet an additional tile cost which was more than triple cost of the labor he quoted. He then agreed and said he would put us on the schedule, haven't heard from yet. Do NOT HIRE HIS COMPANY, he is not truthful or customer oriented.

Here is my review for Randy and Jason. They called me back promptly and was able to fit me into their schedule the next day. They arrived at the time they said they would (which is a big deal for me with kids and errands/activities). They did a quick walk through and made sure to have me move any breakables that might get in the way and quickly began to set up and do a pre-conditioning treatment to ensure all my stains could come out. It was very refreshing to have them so concerned with the stuff in my house and for them to tell me what they're putting on my carpet! They did all of my carpets and tile and as I watched I could see the dirt and color coming out! I have 2 young kids and my husband works in a kitchen and constantly walks around in greasy shoes but Father and Son was able to get out: -crayon -marker -permanent marker, oops, not sure how my kids got that :/ -urine stains/smells -juice -grease stains, even in the high traffic areas that were just black -and cat or dog hair from the previous tenants Honestly, I think my favorite part was how clean the outside bowl and area around my toilets are, especially because my son is being potty trained! Plus, they were able to remove all the calcium build up on the outside of my walk in shower! (not going to lie, I've sat there with a butter knife to attempt to remove all of this but I was worried about ruining the caulking and decided to stop) We currently rent and have lived in the same house for a year and a half, and I've never seen the shade of carpet and tile we really have! We were also rearranging our house and had 2 mattresses in our garage until the carpets dried and Jason and Randy even offered to clean those too (yes please)!!! They moved my furniture to clean under it and moved everything back with tinfoil under it to protect my carpets and furniture (and I just thought they would clean around it). The hardest part of this process was keeping my kids off the tile while the sealer they applied dried, but it was worth it! My tile is not only clean, but it's shiny!! I was very impressed with the respect they showed my things as they moved it, like it was their own. My carpets, beds, tile, baseboards, toilets, and shower look and smell amazing! I love knowing that my kids can play in a home that is safe and clean for them and that no matter the mess they make, Father and Son will be able to clean it again! These guys are very hardworking, dependable, knowledgeable, positive, and have very competitive pricing for the work they do! I will definitely have them come back and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!
