I came in this morning excited to get a smoothie, I was 20 mins early but saw that their window hours say "NEW HOURS: open at 10:30AM." I was disappointed to see that no one was there by 10:35AM. Today's July 5th and there was no mention of their hours changed on the window for that. Also, on Google it says 10:30AM too. I just check Yelp, and it says 11AM. I would recommend being consistent on all ends if there's an hour change, especially for a holiday, etc. Unfortunately, I had to leave after waiting. I'll be back but was sad I couldn't get the smoothie this morning.

Yummy when you feel the lack of vitamin c and want something sweet! Loved the chamango! The acai bowl was good too.

"Bee Sweet" bowl supposedly, but missing the yogurt. Not worth it IMO.

Relative to what's in the area, it's a good spot for some fresh eats. I think what they lack is consistency. This last visit the "Vitamin C-Licious" (supposedly beet, cantaloupe, strawberries, papaya) was hard to drink. The flavor was totally off. I also ordered the "Bee Sweet" bowl, which is listed as fruit with vanilla yogurt, granola, and shredded coconut, but mine came with a little bit of agave and no yogurt. Unfortunately I'm not surprised based on past visits. Considering that it's not cheap and that I can't trust them to ace my order, I limit my visits here.

Hubby David and I were delighted to find this place in San Diego's East County. Hoping they open one in La Mesa, too!!! Based on a plant-based eating friend's recommendation, we went to Natural Delights in Rancho San Diego! I will post pictures of beautiful sisters/owners Alondra and Sonia and their teammates Alissa and Bryant (Rico). David had the Delight Wrap, our friend Donna had the Panini, and I had the Organic Açaí. Delicious--and reasonable prices, too! :) So great that we have this gem in East County! read more

Thank you Yelp! While doing a three day detox cleanse, I found myself in unfamiliar territory and Yelp came to the rescue. After searching quinoa, Natural Delights popped up and boy am I glad I found it. I had an amazing quinoa, cucumber, tomato salad and the best watermelon refresher drink with lime and cucumber and mint! I hope I find myself in this area town often. Decided to try this place today. Ordered the Mango-Pine smoothie. The store was very bright and clean, trendy music playing and very friendly staff. I ordered the large size for $6.50. After the first sip I was pleasantly surprised at how bright the flavor was. You can really taste the flavors of the fruit and I love that they use freshly squeezed orange juice. This smoothie was very sweet, but not overboard; very balanced. I would absolutely recommend you try this place! Can't wait to try the açaí bowl next! read more

Had two smoothies from this place so far and they were delicious. The corn in a cup is also delicious they fix it up perfectly. So refreshing and nutritious! You can customize your juice. I customized one to help my skin that included oranges, cucumbers, beet root, carrots, lime, spinach, and celery. I also ordered the organic acai bowl which was sooo delicious. The only recommendation I have is to add honey to the acai bowls. Friendly service and very affordable! Thank you!! read more

Located in the Smart and Final shopping plaza, this juice bar has become my new "go-to" for a quick and healthful dish. The service amongst ALL of the staff was quite notable; hence why I am writing a review, something I never do. For lunch, I decided to try one of there more popular dishes, the veggie panini, which consists of avocado, spinach, tomato, onion, pesto, and lightly melted Swiss cheese. Now, I'm not much of a panini person, but this dish could not have been crafted any better. Bravo Natural Delights, you've got a customer for life. This is such an amazing spot to eat and hang out the sisters the whole staff are amazing. I love the specials they come up with. Sushi Vegan, the lentil soup on cold days, and mix green salads. Food and juices are great. The only reason I am giving four stars is because every time I go employees stop taking orders 30 or even 40 minutes prior of closing. I really love this place but it is really annoying getting there 40 or 30 minutes before closing and they are already cleaning and refusing to take your order. This is such a hidden gem in east county. It's a direction I would like to see our community go by being vegan, clean, and healthy. I have been coming to natural delights for a while and the food is always great and well prepared. It is always very clean inside and the staff is very hospitable and kind. The one thing I'd say is it is a bit overpriced but it's a great healthy indulgence from time to time. There's still a lot I want to try on their menu but I will say their beyond meat is delicious! I always get the green juice #2 and it hits the spot. read more

Literally one of the best places you can eat in San Diego. Everything i've had here is ridiculously good, i've had meals here that i would consider to be the best meals i've ever had. One of my fav vegan places. Actually, my favorite vegan place for delicious food including vegan smoothies. Not a vegan, No Problem. The food is so delicious and tasty that you can't even tell it's vegan. Trust me. You must try this place out. I was scetchy about the soyrizo wrap, but after I gave it a go, it's is the best soyrizo wrap I have ever had. The lento soup! Wow! Delish. The crazy banana smoothie, the best. Had a green juice here...its really a blended smoothie with an orange base. The orange juice looked very clean and appealing. The fruit is fresh and tasted perfect. Recently, I brought my father and my boyfriend for his first visit, expecting the same quality experience I had enjoyed for years. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. The menu has been significantly reduced, offering only a limited selection of options, while prices have increased substantially. I ordered the half chicken with brisket as my additional side for $38. When my meal arrived, I received only two pieces of chicken and a single piece of brisket. Upon cutting into the chicken, I noticed blood on the plate and the meat appeared pink. As I am currently pregnant, I did not feel comfortable eating it and asked our server if the chicken could be cooked longer. Instead, the manager came to the table holding my plate and explained that the chicken had been checked with a thermometer and was safe to eat. When I expressed my concerns regarding my pregnancy, he rolled his eyes and told me to choose something else rather than offering to cook the chicken further. I then asked if I could receive additional brisket since I was no longer comfortable eating the chicken. The manager responded, "That will cost more," and walked away. When my replacement arrived, I was served only two very small pieces of brisket and was charged extra for them. I am genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service from the management team. Combined with the increased prices and noticeably smaller portions, the overall value simply is not there anymore. For longtime loyal customers, this experience was especially disappointing. After sharing my experience with family and friends, several decided not to visit, and unfortunately, I will not be returning either. The quality, portion sizes, and customer service no longer justify the cost. If you are looking for both quality and value, I would recommend considering other options.

Onion rings were mostly crunchy except the batter was too thick so some parts of the batter were not transformed by the frying process into crunchy goodness. I didn't like the flavor of the herbs in the batter which distracted from the fried onion flavor. Service from the guy in charge was friendly and efficient. My combo was $12.99 which is a great deal. I'd order the fish again but not the onion rings. Doing further research I found they are also listed on Yelp as BFF Burgers, Fish and Fries. So that's the story on my lunch adventure.

And, not for nothing, when I'm at Brew Coffee Spot picking up the beans I ordered online, I always have a coffee. Joe either does a great job of training his baristas, or he's REALLY good at hiring talent, or both. Seriously... his folks make my coffees, usually a cortado or a straight espresso, with a downtown San Francisco or Rome level of competence.

I just got an açaí bowl and it was one of the best i've had, i'm not going to lie it's hard to find a good açaí bowl so i was very pleased with my purchase. I love this place so much . I can smell the freshness of the fruits and vegetables being juiced every time I walk in . I always get the green juice #2 and the avocado toast . It really doesn't get better than this when it comes to delivery. The customization on the aguachile let me go a little wild so I added mango and extra camarones. I thought the mango would come in the same container but it was packaged separately in a bag. The quantity actually surprised me. Because of this, I will be reporting the debit card surcharge to the appropriate agencies and payment network, and I will also be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. I'm posting this review so other customers are aware. If you plan to pay with a debit card, be prepared for an additional $0.75 fee, or bring cash if you want to avoid it. I hope the restaurant reviews and corrects this policy In California Debit card surcharges are prohibited under federal law (the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and implementing regulations), regardless of whether the debit card is run with a PIN or as "credit."
