I came in this morning excited to get a smoothie, I was 20 mins early but saw that their window hours say "NEW HOURS: open at 10:30AM." I was disappointed to see that no one was there by 10:35AM. Today's July 5th and there was no mention of their hours changed on the window for that. Also, on Google it says 10:30AM too. I just check Yelp, and it says 11AM. I would recommend being consistent on all ends if there's an hour change, especially for a holiday, etc. Unfortunately, I had to leave after waiting. I'll be back but was sad I couldn't get the smoothie this morning.

Yummy when you feel the lack of vitamin c and want something sweet! Loved the chamango! The acai bowl was good too.

"Bee Sweet" bowl supposedly, but missing the yogurt. Not worth it IMO.

Relative to what's in the area, it's a good spot for some fresh eats. I think what they lack is consistency. This last visit the "Vitamin C-Licious" (supposedly beet, cantaloupe, strawberries, papaya) was hard to drink. The flavor was totally off. I also ordered the "Bee Sweet" bowl, which is listed as fruit with vanilla yogurt, granola, and shredded coconut, but mine came with a little bit of agave and no yogurt. Unfortunately I'm not surprised based on past visits. Considering that it's not cheap and that I can't trust them to ace my order, I limit my visits here.

I am SO grateful to have a healthy and DELICIOUS choice to eat at in our community that's better then any fast food and takes nearly the same time as "fast food" I just tried their vegan burger and if I were blindfolded I seriously couldn't tell the difference between real meat or vegan! Burgers are one of my favorite foods so to find a healthy alternative is like winning the lottery. Everything on the menu is amazing so try it all with confidence. This Peruvian girl is very happy with the ceviche. Thanks again for amazing service and delicious options that allow me to enjoy a plant based diet! read more

I used to love this place!! But the last three times I've visited this establishment they have been closed at sporadic times. Two of which they even had tables and chairs, and their sign out as if they are open. I now give my business to Fruity Loco in Casa De Oro, which I highly recommend. read more

Ok so it took two years to come in and try it out, mainly because I thought it was just another frozen yogurt place. Boy was I wrong. My wife and I came in on a very hot day and wanted to try out the açaí bowls. The young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. One came with a generous sample of mango smoothie. Very good. Our açaí bowls were the best we've had and have tried quite a few. My wife said "this is a lot better then I thought." So sorry it took us so long. They have a lot of other healthy food to offer. We will be A few months ago we were here and a young guy working had a Pandora station playing. It was nice to sit, eat and visit. Lately I think the older guy who is here all the time picks the music and volume. Hard to visit and no variety of music. Remember, the eating experience is for your customer. read more

My only complaint is why don't you stay open later?! Their Protein Panini is amazing and feels like a superfood boost every time I eat one. Their green juices are delicious, staff is always cool and nice. I love this place and consider it the beer food in Rancho San Diego hands down read more

There menu online is completely different from the location. They have vegan options online but you go in there and there's no vegan option, came here about a year ago and they still had vegan options. I'm assuming there's been a change in management, please update to show current menu and not advertise as vegan options. read more

After experiencing Natural Delights Juice Bar, I had to write a review. The food and juices are always amazing. Their juices and sandwiches are always tasty and super fresh. One of my favorites is the Acai bowl. However, every time I go in I am 100% satisfied. Not only is the food and drinks amazing, the employees who work there are so kind and welcoming with a positive and upbeat vibe. I live in the neighborhood up the street and I'm so glad this establishment is here. This is exactly what our neighborhood needed. Thanks for all the great service!! read more

This place has absolutely never disappointed!! I love their food and drinks in general. You can't really go wrong in my opinion. They are quality. UPDATE: Natural Delights is now fully VEGAN and I couldn't be more excited. The first spot in east county to jump on the plant based train. Thank You Natural Delights Got the veggie panini and green giant smoothie both were great. The place is really clean and reasonably priced. Every time I'm craving a smoothie, I usually come to this spot after I'm done with the gym. Their smoothies are delicious and service is quick. The smoothies are a little pricey if you want to add a protein shot to it. I only get smoothies with a protein shot here. Total usually comes out to $9.00, if you order a large. I wish they would already have some protein smoothies offered to lower the cost. Since it is so expensive for that option, I typically only come here when I'm ravenous and need something quick after the gym. Despite the price of the smoothie I get, this place is still an awesome spot to check out. Great spot to hang out at as well, this place is really clean! read more

For all the açaí bowls I've tried, this is an alright one! The texture is like sorbet, thick ice cream kind of texture which is different from the other ones I've tried which was more of a thick smoothie kind of texture. I recommend for blueberries to be added, I enjoyed this for breakfast! read more

I was a bit bummed because there was no kiwi in my acai bowl despite being listed on the menu. The bowl was still very good though. Service was also very friendly and welcoming and the place was clean. They gave me 15% of for it being my first time in. Nice addition to the area. read more

My husband, three children and I visited this place on March 14-2020 @ around 2 pm. My daughter and I went to the bathroom to wash our hands and other necessities, but to my surprise the soap container was empty and the toilet paper was also out. When I mentioned that to the store manager, instead of being appreciative of the information I passed along, she said...... I'm aware that we don't have hand soap, toilet paper or hand sanitizer for our customers, just don't care enough for the safety of them!! She didn't use those words but the fact that she knew about the emptiness in the bathroom made me realize that she didn't care enough to take care of that little detail specially nowadays with the pandemic of COVID-19!!!!! read more

Words can't explain how much I love the protein panini & the mango pineapple smoothie! They literally make the panini to perfection, and it's with Beyond Meat so I'm just glad that they have this option. Restaurants with plant-based meat deserve the recognition! I'm going to be honest, I'm not vegetarian but I love plant-based meat. I recommend that everyone should cut meat from their diet at least ONE day of the week, and that will improve your health as well as the health of the planet. (Search Meatless Mondays!) However, only reason I'm not vegetarian is because I WISH every restaurant had the option for plant-based meat so thank you so much Natural Delights for being one of the few spots with this option. Btw if the staff is reading, please keep putting the pepperoncini on the side because I love the juices from it on my panini (there were maybe 2 instances where it wasn't there) Lol. The smoothies are perfectly blended. Way better than some overloaded & overpriced sh** from Jamba Juice. Hope to see more locations opening one day read more

First time here and I had such a great experience. Not only were the staff friendly, but so were the customers! Tajin bowl had a good amount of tajin, they didnt try to sell me short. Smoothie was great perfectly blended and had enough flavor. Also had an acai bowl for the first time, AMAZING! I'm not sure if they usually come with peanut butter, but that was the cherry on top! I'll be back! The price is okay, fruits always going to be pricey regardless of where you go. read more

This is probably my favorite post work-out meal place. High protein low calories. Being a place that doesn't serve meat I was skeptical, but after trying this place I was blown out by the Variety of different delicious sandwiches, fruit bowls , smoothies and healthy shots. This family owned spot is amazing. I'm ADDICTED!!!! I absolutely love this place! So much that I go everyday after my gym sesh at 24 hr fitness. The food is made fresh. I'm obsessed!!! My only issue is they need better hours. They are closed the whole week of thanksgiving?!?! Closed on sundays?!?! Just please hire more people and be open later and full weekends. Honestly, I frequent the area for other stops in the shopping center and so many people pull up and try to go in after 5 and on sundays, only to walk away sad you're closed. This place is delicious. I'm not a full vegan but whenever I want to eat clean or I am choosing to eat more plants based yet I don't want to cook... I come straight here. We come here all the time for juice and açaí bowls! You see them juicing everything behind the counter so you know they are not adding stuff you don't want in there. They are very efficient and friendly always and have never had a bad experience there. Only thing is I wish they had longer hours but other than that I'm a big fan!! read more

I typically get some sort of pork topping on fries but the bacon and chicken were calling me that day. I'm glad it did. These were so good. I got the fries with Cajun seasoning which gave them a bit of spice. The portion was enough to last me two days. The mozzarella sticks were a decent size and tasty as well. The only issue I had was they gave me ranch instead of marinara but the ranch actually worked well with them since the fries had ranch on them. All in all a very good first impression. I'll be trying other flavors.

Using the street address I was taken to Grossmont Center. The signage indicates this place is called BFF Burgers, Fish and Fries. I was feeling lucky today. So I ordered my fried fish with onion rings and paid $1 upcharge. The problem with onion rings is they range from not good to great. With fries they are usually fine. White fish was fried in a tempura batter infused with herbs. White fish had a mild flavor and was nice and moist. Batter was crunchy. Onion rings were mostly crunchy except the batter was too thick so some parts of the batter were not transformed by the frying process into crunchy goodness. I didn't like the flavor of the herbs in the batter which distracted from the fried onion flavor. Service from the guy in charge was friendly and efficient. My combo was $12.99 which is a great deal. I'd order the fish again but not the onion rings. Doing further research I found they are also listed on Yelp as BFF Burgers, Fish and Fries. So that's the story on my lunch adventure.

I planned on getting a sandwich but I saw this place and decided to look at some of their items which all look delicious plus the reviews are great. I just got an açaí bowl and it was one of the best i've had, i'm not going to lie it's hard to find a good açaí bowl so i was very pleased with my purchase. Not only was it great but the lady at the counter was very very nice to me, good service is also hard to find so i really appreciate it. The inside was really nice, it was bright and vibrant. I love this place so much . I can smell the freshness of the fruits and vegetables being juiced every time I walk in . I always get the green juice #2 and the avocado toast . They are always fresh and taste amazing !! I love the chamango drink on splurge days . It tastes like the ones I get in Tecate . The two ladies that work their are always so sweet and helpful . I absolutely love this place!!! The Custumer service is amazing! They really care about giving costumers a great experience. It's family owned and operated. I tried the Roast Beef Panini, and a green #2 juice, my wife had the Turkey Panini, and the green #3 juice. Great portions for their sandwiches, and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the food, and service. Friendly staff, and we will definitely be back to try more of their menu. read more
