While I was writing a paper on honeybees and CCD, Roy not only spent hours talking with me about bees and sharing what he's learned through the years, but he also took me out to his hives. I LOVED that special experience and I'll never forget the magical feeling and new found respect I gained for honeybees. Apis Mellifera are nothing short of brilliant, brilliant creatures. Roy's honey is sooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious, and I enjoy going to the Farmers Markets and buying from him. His other honey products are also super.
