While I was almost in tears seeing the mess and the damage done to my favorite shoes and black pants, several TJ folks came out to help us in any way they could. I don't know how they will be able to get the parking lot back to normal, but the way they handled the situation was beyond excellent! They even handed me a bouquet of flowers as we left.
