I used to come into this location religiously as I lived across the road, but after the interaction with the woman who is working the cash register right now, I don't ever wanna come back here. And unfortunately it seems that her very unprofessional and downright crappy attitude was possibly over her frustration with your checkout system not working and the customer in front of me having to go out and get cash to finish his transaction (she wasn't very nice to him either). The technology is not the problem of the customer. And she is absolutely taking it out on your customers. Maybe something to look into or maybe she's just having a bad day. And every time is a terrible experience where I have to clench my jaw because it's just so infuriating. It says they're understaffed now and I understand that, but I've had terrible experiences even when they weren't short staffed. They can have a line of 8 people with only one tech checking people out and they literally don't even care. And no matter what time you go there's a huge line. They'll slowly walk across the pharmacy, don't care at all about making you wait. One of my visits I saw a tech getting angry with an old man who didn't understand his prescriptions. I've Had to wait 30 minutes standing in line for my prescription here. It's ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else.

Then I wait another five minutes before being disconnected. I know there is a pandemic going on but this is not acceptable even in the worst of times.
