These people are a joke!! Category 3 water damage with mold!! On my clothing, and they cleaned them expecting me to take them back. Reason your adjuster didn't tell us it was a Category 3 contamination, when I specifically told these people myself that the damages was caused from a Category 3 contamination. Katherine got pissed off because I mentioned that she wouldn't wear fecal contaminated clothing, Her response don't tell me what I wouldn't wear!! Well if you like wearing clothing that was exposed by contaminated crap water then more power to you. Anyone in their right mind wouldn't wear those clothes. Katherine Im going to hang up the call because you insulted me. I guess she likes to wear clothing that was exposed to fecal water.. I never should have called these people for their services.. In reply to the response to my review, we were told we didn't have to stay at our unit while your company completed the estimate since we had a 3 month old and we're told the process would take 5 hours. We were only instructed this was an estimate and were not aware anything would be removed. Funny tho, the items removed were forgotten when everything was returned to us recently and you guys had to make a second trip to get us back all of our items. read more

Back in September of 2023 I went through an unforeseen event that led to a lot of water damage on most of my items ( clothes, furniture, etc.). After meeting with Alex and his team for the initial appointment to assess if they could help me, I knew they were the group for the job. Not only were they on top of everything, but were kind and compassionate during what ended up being a 3 month process ( on my end ). I even received calls of different members of the team checking on me and making sure I was alright. Not to mention, an open line of communication was always kept to ensure all questions could be answered and all accommodations could be met. This company was referred to me for the cleaning of items that endured a flood. Funnily enough, after they clean the items they don't check to make sure the mold is actually gone. You have to pay an extra fee for that service. They also cleaned an old Trader Joe's bag, costs $1, and charged $11.70. They charged $21 for a $1 TJ Maxx bag. It was ripped. It would have been cheaper to go to the store and buy new ones. They cleaned sponges and napkins that should have been thrown away and charged a lump sum laundry fee. When questioned, they seemed surprised and blamed the referring company, Central Flood Management. We ended up having reactions to the moldy and musty items they returned to us (insisting they were clean!) and had to throw everything out. FRSTeam and Central Flood were trapped in a blame-shifting cycle and we had to do this ourselves after it made our garage stink. Lucky the insurance was mostly dealing with this. read more

Had a pack-out/pack-back take place back in September 2022 and this company was NOT picked by me, but by our restoration contractor. To this date, we are still missing a broken heirloom item that was promised to be repaired and returned as well as reimbursement for a screen we had to replace due to damage caused during the pack-out. Their communication is horrible and I've had to resort to asking my insurance agent to contact them directly just to get a response. Unfortunately AAA sent my claim to these ppl 01/26/22 they come to the house were the damage was done! They take pictures, I told them take pictures of the items individually they said no this should be enough. Now they want pictures of each item. In other words the amount of items for clothes that I gave them they can't believe, why is it because I'm a single mom? My kids have a lot of clothes because they change 3 times a day. Especially my one year old she takes 2 extra sets of clothing to daycare because she gets dirty! My son as well he comes home from his private school change his clothes to his to normal clothes, plays all the time at his daycare in the sand box. Comes home showers and guess what he changes clothes again! The fact that they want to come out again and take pictures is so inconvenient for me. I am losing my pay for work! Like I did on 1/26/22 and then rayleen leaves a message giving me those two options they either come out again or I take pictures of each item! When they should have done there job correctly the first time! This is a total nightmare! read more

I must update my review. After my negative experience, I was contacted by the manager of the brach, where my claim was being processed. She was very responsive and we quickly reached a fair agreement. She went above and beyond to deliver my items back in clean boxes and even some of the items were cleaned at no charge. FRSTeam was contracted through my renter's insurance for fabric restoration when my clothing and linens suffered smoke damage from the recent wildfires. They have been prompt with their services and they have displayed extraordinary communication. Because of the high volume of customers requiring their services, the turn-around time from pick-up to drop-off was a little less than a month. However, they communicated that this would be the timeline right up front when the clothing and linens were picked up. Additionally, they offered to return some clothing items within 24-hours if needed for special events. I corresponded primarily with Jake Barber and he ensured that I was updated on the restoration process on a weekly basis. I felt at ease entrusting him with my belongings because he communicated every step of the process so thoroughly. He also provided me with contact information, including a personal cell so that I could easily get in contact with him for questions. When I received my clothing and linens back, they had been fully restored with no lingering traces of smoke scent. The only problem I came across was that I did not receive my entire delivery the morning that the delivery was scheduled. But, this did not prove to be a problem as FRSTeam ensured that I received the remainder of the delivery by the afternoon. Everyone I encountered with FRSTeam was kind, positive, and very service-oriented. I appreciated the exceptional customer service I received. So our last apartment we lived in was nice but it had its flaws. One major flaw was that the apartment caused our shoes, luggage, hand bags, stuff you have tucked away in your closet, ended up with mold. Fluffy white snow mold, covered our shoes and bags. You could scrub the mold off, few weeks its right back. It was bad and a huge health concern especially having a new born. The apartment complex sent in the maintenance several times to get rid of the mold but they were unsecssuful. Our lease was just about over and we had no solution for our stuff to be cleaned.
