The tacos are amazing! Large tacos, went on Tuesday I believe the have a special. Service was great Only reason for the 4 stars was the cocktails were a little weak. Overall a great place to stop & get tacos traveling through.

Timeless in its atmosphere The food is good and filling large portions Staff is friendly but can get very busy so be patient with them it has become a local institution I have to take my out of town visitors here for good food and drinks

Excellent, excellent dive bar. Frosty's is one of the oldest bars in Washington under one name and in one building. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Frosty's offers a full bar and a nice selection of local craft beers. Indoors is old and mismatched which adds to the charm. The wooden floors slant. The upstairs area (off limits) used to be an operating brothel from the '20's to the mid '40's. The staff members claim the bar is haunted. What fun stories we heard. There is a single pool table for those interested in pool. Pull tabs are offered as well. The bar stools are numbered for drinking games. To play the drinking games, one must me seated on a bar stool while the nearby train passes (about every 30 minutes). The bar staff then pulls a number out of their basket. If the number pulled matches your bar stool number, then your next drink (any drink) is free (beer, mixed, shot). TV's are old (CVT style) but operating. There is a large outdoor seating area to be enjoyed during the warmer months. During our visit, there were a considerable amount of locals enjoying the salad bar. Always a good sign. Frosty's doesn't offer frills. Frosty's offers a rich history, inexpensive food and drinks and most importantly fun. Staff members appeared to enjoy their jobs and were familiar and friendly with all the regular patrons. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stop at Frosty's and will definitely be back again when in the area.

This place is awesome! 1901? Beer and food. $6.75 a domestic pitcher in 2017!

However, there is something called the Train Game that involves discounts on drinks depending on what barstool you are sitting in when a train goes by.

Such a great place to stop and enjoy beer or beer tasting!…read more They offer flights of 4 from the on tap selection which changes frequently depending on the season. There's so much seating in front, inside at the bar, inside at the nook rooms (it's a house converted to a tap room), as well are more outside seating on the side and in the back! The barstools are lovely and heavy. So sturdy and comfortable for being iron and wood. The service is always friendly and welcoming, offering suggestions and will go out of their way to try and locate a beer if you were looking for something specific (they may just have more in stock in their storage area so don't be afraid to ask if you want a beer that you don't see in the coolers for can/bottle purchase). This is just a great place to relax and enjoy! There's food trucks next door but I'm not sure what their hours are. I was there Sunday in the afternoon and the food trucks were closed. But you can bring in outside food anyway and don't have to rely on just those trucks.

I thought it was just businesses to the east of interstate, primarily for the road traffic mostly but the town hops across the interstate and goes west to where downtown is. And there is where Crosscut is. At first I had the interpretation that this place was a cidery but it's more of a tap house that serves guest taps for beer and cider. They also serve food as well. We got a couple smaller sized beers from their tap list. Breweries that were out of Vancouver,WA and Portland, OR. Those were very good! The nachos we ordered were good too. I think you can pick from two different options and we went with one where it had a pulled pork. It was more like BBQ nachos. Definitely something out of the ordinary but very appetizing and enjoyable! Nice location in downtown. We were here in the evening and most of the shops were already closed but would love to come back in the day for a drink and some eats while window shopping downtown.

Nice selection of Oregon and Washington microbrews and a couple of ciders on their 12 taps. Amazing variety on the food menu! We had the pulled pork nachos, delicious and beautiful, topped with fresh corn, black beans, green onion and jalapenos in addition to the requisite cheese. The decor was very stylish and comfortable with inside and outside seating. Everyone was welcoming and friendly to regulars and first timers like us alike. What a wonderful little place!

Luckily, Top Rung was at the top of the list. Top Rung is located in an industrial area in a quiet part of town. Food Top Rung had quite a few beers on tap and offered some pizza options that they made behind the bar. I went with the HDR Hazy Sabro-Tooth Tiger IPA. The beer was served in my favorite type of drinking glasses, which are shaped like beer cans. The beer itself was very cold and tasty. 5/5 Service The bar wasn't too busy, but the staff were still friendly and knowledgeable. I only ordered one drink due to time, but still inquired about buying a glass, which they were sadly out of. 4/5 Ambiance The bar has a fire department theme and is decorated as such. They have ample inside and outside seating and even some board games. Very good vibes. 5/5 Top Rung seems like a brewery on the rise. They have all the ingredients to be very successful. If you are in the area, check them out.
