    Iced latte
    Latifa H.

We went here to grab coffee and a quick bite before heading out for a hike. The workers are incredibly rude, the service was very slow. It took 20+ minutes for us to get a cappuccino and an iced latte. The bagels took even longer to come and were meh taste wise. Parking is extremely limited so we had to park way down the street. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is anything but pleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The rudeness of workers plus the super loud environment with limited seating space makes it difficult to get any work done or focus on work[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] (literally one of the reasons why people sit at coffee shops instead of just picking up coffee to go). Will not be coming back.

    Maple cream coffee

Rating: 4.0 Stopped by quickly for a drink and bathroom. It's a small coffee shop located in North Conway. Parking is street only. They offer some drinks including coffee and some food as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is small and has few seatings with chill vibe music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got the maple cream coffee which seems to be a thing around NH. To be honest I didn't taste the maple was good regardless. Service was quick pretty typical. Overall it's a good stop for coffee and bathroom break. Not sure about the food. Pretty standard local cafe.

    Sausage egg and cheese

Super solid coffee place. I just got the breakfast egg sausage and cheese for about $6 and it was pretty decent. It's premade an wrapped in foil. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really enjoy how much outdoor seating there is and everything is kept neat and tidy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Peach ice tea is tasty

My favorite coffee shop in Conway.

My favorite coffee shop in Conway. I ordered this maple latte everyday during my week stay.

    Vegetarian sausage cheese egg biscuit

Lovely local coffee shop that took care of my craving for a festive latte drink, pastry, and biscuit breakfast sandwich. Star of the show was the apple fritter. Turns out they no longer off the pop tart so I went with the apple fritter and all I can say is wow. Chunks of apple were perfectly baked together with cinnamon and frosting. Perfect Combo of crusty outside and soft inside. So good! The gingerbread latte was foamy with a great spice to it even though it is a little on the sweet side. Their iced coffee had a nice balance of acidity and bitterness and the quality of beans were great as they roast their own. The vegetarian egg cheese sausage biscuit was well seasoned. The homemade biscuit had a nice crumb to it and very enjoyable. Online ordering was not working that day so it was a bit of a wait. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside was bright and inviting - natural wood panelling, floral mural, and lots of windows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can work here - WiFi and outlets but they have rules for no calls and there is a 2 hour limit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is also a spacious outdoor patio for seating for nice days and a small parking lot if you are driving.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you can snag the cozy corner in the sun with the low coffee table, it's perfect for a small family with kids.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We liked it so much we came both days we were in town.

Cute coffee shop that had good coffee and tasty food. I enjoyed my salmon cream cheese and a perfectly chewy bagel. Service was fast for how busy it was on a saturday afternoon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating was limited[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Loved this local coffeeshop, which has both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was friendly, quick, and efficient. My latte was fantastic, and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed my bagel with maple walnut cream cheese spread (it's slightly sweeter, but a great pairing with a coffee). I stopped by during a road trip but certainly wouldn't hesitate coming back next time I'm in the area!

Delicious coffee that quickly served with a smile and amazing hospitality. The coffee shop offers an array of coffee and pastries to round of the treat! The business is clean, warm, and welcoming and offers a collectively artsy and little town feel. 5/5!!

I love this place. I make it a point to go here every time I'm in North Conway. Their service is lightning fast and efficient. Their lattes are to die for. One of our favorites is the maple latte, but be sure to get it with less sugar and it's incredible. I always go for a cortado also. The seating area outside is nice too. A great place to relax with your coffee and people-watch.

Great lattes, biscuits and poptarts! They have a simple menu so you're not overwhelmed by choices The pastries were delicious They also have a "day old" section of pastries for only $1!! The workers were very friendly It is stroller friendly which is great They have a lot of seating and a really good outdoor seating area which was kid and dog friendly. It was clean, accessible, good location, close to shops. Good place to hang out if you're waiting for your partner to shop lol

Unfortunately there are not alot of coffee places around Mount Roberts, especially none that were open at 3pm on a Thursday. So YELP to the rescue and what a sweet one it was! Lucas Roasting Company is a small bisiness tucked away in Wolfboro. Pretty standard coffee drinks but #IYKYK - some of the best coffee comes from small roasting companies. I ended up with a delicous iced coffee and took some canned nitro back with me to CT. This year - again we hiked up (and down) Mount Roberts but this year it was H O T - so it was a no brainer where to head to for some caffine and cooling off. This year I met who I think was one of the owners who gave me the origin story (they are originally from VA) and told me that they have been open for a bit over 3 years. There was no cold brew in the cooler but this time it was a Nitro Cold Brew that was ordered and consumed before we made it back to our lodgings. I wish they were closer but it's good to know that they are "just down the road" from my yearly hiking venue.

In the basket was a 12-ounce bag of ground coffee from Maine's Katahdin Coffee Company. After a few cups, I realized I was drinking some of the very best coffee I ever had in my long coffee drinking life. It had been a very long time since we used ground coffee, because we converted to K Cups years ago (don't hassle me about the environment because we empty out and recycle all those plastic pods). We used one of those "make your own K Cup" plastic/mesh baskets that was banished to a kitchen cabinet for many years, scooped in a few spoonfuls of Katahdin and brewed it in our K Cup machine. My Katahdin coffee was a Medium/Dark variety known as "Baxter Blend". The flavor ran rings around everything else we have in the house. Yes, it was a zillion times better than what I normally drink. Katahdin is sold in quite a few Maine grocery stores and through their website. The website has offerings in 10-ounce, 12-ounce, and 2-lb bags, with choices of ground or whole bean across a few different flavors including Breakfast Blend, Breakfast Blend Decaf, Baxter Blend, French Roast, Maine Whoopie Pie, Hazelnut and Maine Blueberry Pie. Yes, we will be sending out a mail order as soon as we use up every last ground of coffee in that 12-ounce bag.

But I've always appreciated their delicious roasts! I had the opportunity to check out their open house in December and am so glad I braved the cold and snow to do so. I'm not entirely sure if they're open to the public normally, but part of me hopes they are (or would consider it at least two or four times a year). This is a beautiful space that should be celebrated and used as frequently as possible. We got to sample many different blends and actually watch coffee roast (which I had no idea was such a quick process - from white to yellow to tan to brown). Also, wanna talk about passionate, community-oriented people? The folks behind the Wicked Joe (and Bard) brand(s) definitely are; and they're intensely knowledgeable about coffee, too. What you don't know is that the entire Bard staff is trained thoroughly at this Wicked Joe locale on a set-up identical to one at the actual coffee shop. Each barista has to make every drink on the menu perfectly before they can serve you at Bard. My respect for that coffee shop multiplied by a thousand when I found that out!
