Great atmosphere here, drinks were made quickly, and there is ample room to relax. Prices were fair considering the quality and area. I love when coffee stores give you real cups instead of single use paper and Frontside did just that. Next time I will definitely be back for my mid-day perk of caffeine. read more

It was 11:30 am. The sandwiches eggs did not come out over easy, but they were still yummy. Secondly, I had to make my own coffee and put the cream cheese on my own bagel... I was given the containers with a knife, which is fine, but keep that in mind when being asked to leave a tip. Also the cream cheese was unfortunately just Philadelphia brand with additives I avoid so I ended up not using the cream cheese anyway... wish I knew it wasn't homemade before I bought it. The bagel also tasted like it was Philadelphia brand at all, so don't order bagel if you want something authentic. The Portuguese muffin was incredible as was the croissant, so maybe I should not have diverted from the breakfast sandwich options. Overall though, I would not be back if in area. The experience put a bad taste in my mouth, which is hard to do regarding breakfast.

Reality rarely lives up to the expectations created by social media, but I decided to give it a shot. And thank God I did. There's a lot to unpack here. First- the latte flight. Amazing. Beautiful presentation, excellently balanced flavors, and just enough novelty to be memorable without being kitschy (how many latte flights have you come across?) My only suggestion is to split with a friend, unless you're used to a lot of milk and caffeine. I had a hard time finishing them all and four shots is a lot for me- I'm about to buzz right out of my seat! Second- the service. I sat here for a while and watched the staff. They couldn't have been better. I was welcomed when I approached, as was every other person who came in during the time I was there, even down to the vendors, and even when customers came in large waves that could have easily overwhelmed them. They were personable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to take pride in offering a good product. Which leads me to my third observation... While I was here, a gentleman came in who I now believe to have been the owner. If so, sir- I'd like to commend you on your management style. I watched how you spoke to the staff and while it was only a few moments, you showed respect, thoughtfulness, and kindness. My first job was in food service nearly 30 years ago and to this day, I still remember my manager. He led with those same qualities. Overall, great product. I live a couple hours away, and would make a point of stopping here on a day trip. Thanks for a lovely start to my morning!
