I was told over the phone to arrive at 9a.m., however nobody was there until closer to 9:20 a.m. Initially I was upset with this, but I did not want to let that influence my overall visit. Their sign on the door does say 9:30 a.m. and I am sure there was just a miscommunication amongst the staff. I was helped as soon as an employee arrived and he gave me the break down of how long my service would take and the costs up front. I had a tire rotation and balance. They unfortunately do not do alignments at this location, but they did give me an address of another shop nearby that did. My car was ready in the time they promised and I was throughly impressed. From their mechanic who seemed knowledgeable and made reasonable recommendations for my car to the women at the front desk who made sure I was taken care of, everyone was great! As I was driving away my trunk had accidentally opened and the shop was kind enough to give me a call to let me know. I am so glad this shop is in my neighborhood and I will definitely be back for my future car needs. read more

The worst place I ever took my car for maintenance, they don't understand what they are doing .. I kindly request from everyone not bring ur car here if especially ur car is new they will mess it up and at the end they will only say it was a mistake .. mistake can happen one time , but if it happens more it is habit or they don't know what exactly they are doing . I recently took my vehicle to get looked at due to a slow coolant leak. I did not have an appointment but they took the time to diagnose and actually show me physically the issue on my vehicle. Once the work was done I noticed that my fluid and electrical light was on and Richer took it upon himself to resolve that issue the following day. I came to Frontline Auto Plus based on the recommendation of a friend. I am very happy with the service at Frontline Auto and feel confident bringing in my car for any problem I might have. I have a Fiat 500, which is not a standard car for parts. This did not pose a problem for them and they repaired my car quickly and in the time-frame they said they would. I had an amazing experience with Richer during my whole process. Being a woman I've come accustomed to places that try to sell me on services that I don't necessarily need just to make an extra buck, but this was not the case here. I went in for a state inspection and emissions test and to discover that my wheel bearing was gone AFTER I had passed and had mentioned my concern with an odd sound that I though was my breaks. He didn't hear what I had been hearing until he decided to take my car for a trip around the block. Without hesitation and with great service, Richer said that I could come back the next day to get it replaced ASAP. I went and my car is running better than it has been in a while. I needed a new tire and they replaced it quickly and affordably. The real test was when I came back home and had my own mechanic check out their work, which turned out to be great. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago to get all new brakes. It doesn't seem like much from the outside, but this place was great! I came here solely on the Yelp reviews and I'm happy to give this place 5 stars. When I came in and spoke to Richer, he was very friendly and patient and explained what he could do for my car. I've previously taken my car to the Midas up the street on Columbia Pike and will never go back to Midas again as it is overpriced and nothing compared to here. This place was running a deal on brakes and I saved a few hundred dollars compared to what Midas was charging. Richer even completed my VA inspection for free. I really appreciated the work they put into it and will be coming back here from now on. I'm glad I did my research on Yelp, as this place has great reviews for a reason. My windshield wiper was F****d. So I had to get a new one, called these guys up and told me my car model and year. They said it'd be ready the next morning! So I go the next morning, and bam. They got it done. Service was reasonably priced, timing was efficient. In addition, the lady working behind the main desk that does phone calls is the nicest, sweetest employee I've ever seen on the job. The other employees are also nice and professional. This is the only place I will have my car repaired at from now on. I brought my car in to check for a coolant leak. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty water pump, which turned out to be a bigger repair than I initially anticipated, but based on my research of what this repair normally costs I can say that I was charged a very fair price by Frontline for it. It was the first time this shop has had to replace a water pump on my make and model of car, but Richer went out of his way to purchase a special tool needed from the car manufacturer (at no charge to me), and undertook the job. They even went ahead and replaced the thermostat at the same time to prevent future costly repairs. There was a complication after the repair was made, but Richer told me to bring the car back and ensured the issue was resolved. For me it is rare to leave a mechanic shop and not feel like I got robbed somehow, but when I left Frontline I felt like I paid the best price possible for the best work possible. As a woman, I'm always wary of car places (shops or dealerships) as so many places try to talk around me and sell me services or repairs I don't really need. However, Frontline and Richer were referred to me through a co-worker, and I'm so glad I went there! This spring, I had a serious concern with my car (2009 Toyota Camry). Two other places (including the dealership) said there was no way to fix it and that I only had two options: buy a new car or replace the engine. I wasn't thrilled about either option. Enter, Richer at Frontline. I brought my car to him for a third opinion. He was very friendly and put me at ease. He clearly explained things to me and said he could replace the engine for a lower cost then the other two places quoted me, but also said if it were him, he'd try another option to see if it would work. He explained the option to me, with the caveat that it may or may not work, but with the cost of his suggestion only being small fraction of a new car or new engine, I took him up on it. My car is running great now -- no new engine, no new car! He could just as easily have told me I needed a new engine, quoted me a price, and made a lot more money than the smaller repair that we actually did. That's when I knew for sure I could trust him! I am so happy to find Frontline Auto Plus. I am always pleased with the professionalism and expert work I get there. My car is a 2003 CR-V, and thanks to Mr. Cadima's technical expertise, it still runs wonderfully. Most recently, he cleared extensive fogging of my headlight covers which was giving me problems with night driving, and keeping my car from passing safety inspection. Not only are my headlight covers crystal clear like they were brand new, but he cleared them at a fraction of what it cost when I had it done at a dealer about 4 years ago.
