After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. I appreciate Kyle was on time and that the service was professional and efficient.

Disappointing experience. This review isn't based on the quality of work, since I never actually…read morereceived any service, so I didn't feel a one-star rating was fair. It's based solely on the booking process. I was able to book an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning, but they called early Monday and said they couldn't make it until Tuesday. That caused me to miss out on other companies that had Monday availability and wasted valuable time on something we needed done as soon as possible. They need to get their scheduling system figured out.

Ellen J I hired Valley Plumbing per recommendations from…read moreprevious customers. I also had a great experience. Taylor was my technician. He explained the issue with my drain and offered different approaches to fixing the problem. Taylor arrived on time, was professional, great at his job and explaining the process as he worked. He was also training a new employee while explaining what and why about the work. Great job! Taylor also fixed a problem with my outdoor hose connection which had been dripping for years. He did that free of charge since he had the part in his van....should I have admitted that!! Taylor was great at his job and I will definitely hire Valley in the future. Thank you Taylor. Ellen J

The…read morecustomer service was great, they came right out and kept on it, showing up on time when expected. This was not an easy fix. Nick was so understanding and made me feel like they were really going to take care of this issue. After 3 days of Dalton, Yasin and Coby digging, countless troubleshooting, and extreme patience they were able to finally get us back up and running. They even went above and beyond and repaired additional damage that had happened during the ordeal and took the remaining carpet out that we are now replacing. I am so happy they corrected their issue instead of saying "It's out of warranty" and leaving us with a disaster. Also, my dog made new friends along the way. Thanks guys!

Oof. I do not trust Any Hour Services…read more * Quoted $1600 to replace the furnace blower motor -- another company did it for $750. * Claimed heat exchanger had a hole (quoted $4700 to replace). Two diagnoses by other companies could find no hole, only corrosion. * Claimed heat exchanger wasn't under warranty. It was. Confirmed with the manufacturer. * Claimed the AC compressor motor insulation resistance was testing bad indicating near end of life for the compressor. Independent tests confirmed the Any Hour technician performed the procedure incorrectly, and that the insulation resistance was in good range. Additional details: The tech claimed there was a hole in the heat exchanger (found via camera scope) which could allow carbon monoxide leakage and he was legally required to disclose this. Used language like "he didn't want to scare us, but..." Two diagnoses from other certified technicians from other companies also with camera scopes found no hole. Just some corrosion. The technician claimed the heat exchanger would not be covered under warranty if replacing. I confirmed with the manufacturer that it was. The technician claimed the AC compressor was "testing weak" evidenced by "bad" insulation resistance readings, which might indicate a soon-to-fail compressor and the need for a new AC unit (potentially another $5000+). As evidence the technician sent a video showing holding the power button for about 3 seconds, then releasing just as the resistance builds to 60 megohms, the final level in the "caution" zone. The problem is the meter's manual calls for holding the power button for a full 10 seconds as the resistance builds while voltage is applied. Independent testing with the same model of meter and held for the full 10 seconds shows the resistance building to 400 megohms, well within the "good" range. (see attached videos, one of the technician's test, another with an independent test with the same model meter). If having Any Hour Services quote you anything, I HIGHLY recommend 1-2 independent quotes from smaller HVAC shops.
