My first visit was beginning of 02/2017, a young Asian lady wearing glasses handed me some paperwork and scheduled an appointment for me early 03/2017. So I took half day off from work, after I walked in, Dr Ramos himself told me he couldn't find any records showing my appointment, he made me fill out the exact same paperwork I filled out the first time and gave me another appointment on the end of 03/2017... I just took half day off driving all the way back from Alameda(where I work) for nothing, but it's ok, I understand things happen sometimes. Everything went normal the next appointment, my treatment was done, it's just Dr Ramos didn't even smile once during the whole process, maybe that's just his personality. No big deal, so I went out to the front desk to pay, this time it was a middle aged Filipino lady, she asked me to pay for the part my insurance didn't cover, (they took my insurance information the first 2 times I visited the office so they should already contacted my insurance company before my treatment day, the price should be final), I wrote them a check and thinking to myself everything is taken care of. 08/2017, 4 MONTHS after I visited the office, they sent me another bill(I will post the pic)... I called the office and the middle aged lady told me the amount I paid was just an ESTIMATE! So I have a balance due... I have been with several other dentists before, never got billed 4 months after visiting the office, this is unheard of. I will pay my balance Dr Ramos, but it will also be my last. read more
