He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything was done correctly, and went far beyond what I expected. There was no rushing, no cutting corners, and no trying to sell me something I didn't need. You could tell immediately that he takes real pride in his work. What impressed me just as much as his mechanical ability was the way he carried himself. He treated my property with respect, paid attention to every detail, and when he finished, he cleaned up after himself and left everything spotless. That may sound like a small thing, but to me it says a lot about someone's character and professionalism.
