I said that I'm not paying anything. He said ok. He called me back a few minutes later and asked if the driver showed up yet. I said no, just cancel it. He said there was a 49 dollar fee I would have to pay. I said I'm not paying anything, I'll take you to court. He said ok, you'll get a full refund. We'll see how that turns out.

Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response.
