My son called me and I told him to tell them not to do anything. When my son came home I inspected the wheel and found that the outer covering on the lug nut had come off. However, there was enough of the nut there that I put a lug wrench on the nut and removed it. Then installed a new lug nut!!!!!! I don't know if this auto center has TOATALLY inexperienced and inept mechanics, or they are dishonest and trying to pad the bill with repairs that are not necessary. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I would give thin place no stars but the system will not let me.

Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years.
