Nails were kinda messy, and the guy had a lot of trouble getting the acrylic nail tips to stay on my fingers which has never happened at other places (they should get some better glue). After my services there, which were nice, I was charged separately for each service I received instead of the package deal that is advertised on the back of the pamphlet. I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson. I made an appointment on Saturday with a stylist I was told was one of their best who just happened to have an opening on Monday. The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. I just cannot say how disappointed I was with them......Back to the drawing board.
