After my services there, which were nice, I was charged separately for each service I received instead of the package deal that is advertised on the back of the pamphlet. I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson. There was already two other cars waiting and another that pulled up after me. About 10 minutes later the employees got there and unlocked the place. Signed in and waited about an hour as the two employees finished up the other ladies ahead of me. Reasonable for it being busy with only two workers. Nails were kinda messy, and the guy had a lot of trouble getting the acrylic nail tips to stay on my fingers which has never happened at other places (they should get some better glue). Paid $40 not counting tip for shellac acrylic nails. IF I came back here, I would try scheduling an appointment beforehand and at a less busy time. I'll probably try a different salon next time.
