I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson. The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. I just cannot say how disappointed I was with them......Back to the drawing board.
