absolutely the worst customer service ever!! do not go there unless you have 40 minutes to wait for one , yes one carry out sundae!! twice in 2 weeks i left without my ice cream and had to ask for a refund because i was tired of waiting after literally 35-40 minutes and it still wasn't done! i understand being busy but that kind of wait is out of control and bad business!!! do yourself a favor and go to cold stone or literally anywhere else!!! they are horrible! read more

I called to place and Ice cream order 30 minutes before close, I was told they won't accept them over the phone. I tried to explain I work a few businesses over and would be there in 5 minutes and I didn't want them to have to be there longer than they needed to. The woman hung up on me mid sentence, I went to the restaurant at 10:10 and the doors were locked. I could see them sitting inside eating and rolling silverware at the same time (disgusting) I tried to knock but they didn't acknowledge me at all and they were not supposed to close until 10:30. read more

Friendly's used to be "the place" back in the day but theses days it's just another place to get a bite to eat. They carry the usual burgers, fries, and other greasy fried food. Ice cream is always good and priced okay. Our server was very prompt and nice, so kudos to him. read more

My family and I usually LOVEEEE this restaurant, But this time I was very very unsatisfied and unhappy with the service provided. Our waitress was very nice but never came back to check on us on top of our food coming out wrong. Upon the first time of them "fixing" our order they just returned the same sandwich with new bread. When asked to fix the sandwich once again, they just took the same piece of fish and refried it. We asked the manager to remove the food from the check and all he told me he could do was give me one free small sundae. We were very unhappy with our visit to our favorite restaurant and probably will not be patronizing this location in the future. read more

We were visiting a friend, and after a long day my husband spotted Friendly's, he hasn't been in forever and loved the restaurant from when he was in NJ. We stopped in with our 2 children. While the food was decent, the service was not. We ordered an appetizer, and my husband a soup. We were finished with both when out main dishes came out, but the waitress never once removed any of the plates. With 2 small cranky children, you need as much space on the table as possible, especially since the plates themselves are very large. I would go back again, but not to this location, the restaurant is very small, and service was horrible. read more

The Burgers were GREAT! Fries were average but hot so great!! Pop had great syrup to carbonation ratio. Hubby said coffee was so good doesn't need to go to Starbucks now!! Too small the dining room has is smaller than a Mcdonalds dining room. Not kid friendly. My family of 5 was practically sitting on top of each other. Staff need to devote more time on dining room patrons then on the take out ones but I truly can't blame the take out patrons eating in our truck probably would've been better. read more

I decided to take my husband out yesterday for Fathers day . We ended up at our favorite Friendly's.Needless to say this time it wasn't so friendly. It didn't take long to be seated but our waitress Brandy was rude from the start. So we order our food which only take about maybe 15 to 20 minutes to make, took much longer. Every time you ask her for a refill she never came back with it. I had to ask another server to bring us refills. My order was completely wrong. So the server who brought the food out said okay well leave the food here continue to eat your fries and I will fix your food myself. No problem, Brandy the waitress comes back and takes my entire plate while I'm eating and said I be back with your order since you decided to change it. So I'm patience as possible,but I lost my cool. I'm 9 months pregnant miss if you don't bring me my food I will loss it. So she grabs another plate and take the sandwich back and bring the exact sandwich she took back just with barbeque sauce. I didn't complain because at this point I'm furious I just want my ice cream and to leave. But for my Hubby I put a smile on my face and just finish .So its time for ice cream and she seems like she's in a rush.I ask her what ice cream is new and that I have a peanut allergy. So I order cotton candy and she comes out with the icecream to go and the receipt.Not only that I get home to eat my ice cream and it's not cotton candy,its Reece's pieces. I felt like I've been punked because I'am allegeric to peanuts "I just told her that " Even after the shitty service I planned on leaving her a tip but after she didn't bring me back my proper change I completely wanted to leave before I do something I regret. I never had a problem once at this restaurant been bringing my kids here for years. I don't know if it was because of the holiday she wanted to be home perhaps but customer service is not her best feature and if I could see her again I would tell her maybe she should look unto a new career. I have never experienced food like they serve here. IT IS AMAZING. For some reason the food seems a bit off on Tuesday and Friday but every other day it is AMAZING . I think they may need to bring Parmesan chicken with homemade cheese pasta to the menu. Everything I eat there just completely melts in my mouth. I feel like the chef there has been trained by the best master chefs in the world. I would recommend this place to everyone. I can't say much for the "fountain worker" but the food is AMAZING! Would not eat here again. Ordered a Reuben it had no sauerkraut on it and when I asked for a Reuben to be made right they brought me a warm little bowl of sauerkraut to put on myself. Water had a fly in it. And all the waitresses and Cooks look like they were under 18 and the whole time we ate they all set in the booth laughing and joking louder than the kids and customers who were in the store. They had air vents over the tables that look like they haven't been cleaned in 10 years so when the air came on little particles of dust dropped from the ceiling like snowflakes. Then when we ask for a manager, the waitress tells us that there should be one there and then never comes back. My wife got her ice cream which was nasty the peanut butter left a bad taste in her mouth and they even admitted that there was something wrong with the peanut butter but served it anyway then we paid for our $37 meal with $100 bill and they had to all empty their pockets to give us change because they had no change in the register I will never go there again read more

The service was great and the food was good like always. What really stood out to us was our server brianna she was very attentive to us and always quick on her feet to get to us or to see if we needed anything else even when you could tell she was busy. This is best Friendly's we've been to in a long time. Six people in our party were seated quickly and our server Joshua was excellent. Food was fresh, hot and very very good. The burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. The fries and onion rings were hot and crispy. BLT was delicious and chicken tenders were crispy on outside, delicious and moist on inside. And ice cream is always good. Restaurant was clean. Only downside is it is a very small dining area. We will be definitely be going back to this Friendly's. I think this is about as good as you can get for a Friendly's and we were quite happy with the service and the food. read more
