The quality of materials is great (at least the ones I selected because their selection is huge!) I only have a complaint with their installers (which they sub out I think) our installer cut some bricks inside our home which was pretty unprofessional because it made a huge mess that they did not clean up - this could have been done a few feet away on the back deck outside. They also left some scrap metal (which was quite sharp) in our side yard after cutting it for us to clean up and dispose of - again pretty unprofessional. The installers do not come from Fireside so I only took one star off because in all other ways the experience was a good one.

I was able to order the part I needed over the phone without any problem. When the gas manifold valve came in they called and scheduled the install.
