If you have any chimney concerns, call this company! I had called because we bought our house…read morenearly a year ago and it came with a gas fireplace installed. When we tried to re-light the fireplace, we could smell gas after it had been lit for a short time. Naturally, this concerned me so I called this company after Spire noted they couldn't get out to us for a few months. Omar came out and looked at the fireplace and instantly found the issue. In short, our old gas fireplace had to be replaced. He was very thorough in his explanation as to why. We will be replacing the gas fireplace when we find one we like (they don't sell them - but install them), but we also had the company come out and do a clean and inspection since that wasn't done when we bought the house. Granted, the house is also ~120 years old, so a chimney inspection served us well. All said, this company got us taken care of promptly, was upfront with all their pricing, and messaged me prior to every appointment. The entire staff was really friendly and courteous when coming into our home. Highly recommend!

Hey! A perfect contractor! Whadd'ya know?…read more Omar cleaned my 152 year old wood burning chimneys twice in addition to being contracted to install a stainless steel liner (something I was VERY reluctant to do). The liner took 3-4 days, cost just under $5k but gives my old old chimney a whole new life. They clean in the fall and do repairs in the spring. They put up a zip wall around the fireplace, covered all the furniture, wore shoe covers and a mask when in the house, and cleaned up everything. The liner itself is so tiny compared to the old chimney width but I think that's how it supposed to be. It just looks so funny now. I have peace of mind that I won't have to deal with a chimney fire, however, so that's worth something.

A more experienced guy came out later in the day with a different machine and went over two rooms that had left spots after spraying. He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience. I will not be using them again. Customer service is everything.

The following is a honest review of Aireserv Eureka a company that has stumbled in their service…read morenearly from the moment we bought an Amana HVAC unit from them in August of 2024. The original much more critical 1 star review is below and it is all still very true but they have as of mid August 2025 rectified some of their errors by honoring repairs and warranties that Amana refuses to honor. Does that completely erase all the errors that have been made along the road? Honestly no they do not, but I appreciate that they are currently doing their best to repair what was wrong. They very well might be a very good company but my wife and I's recent experience has been rocky at best. Update to a 3 -3.5 star rating. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW. : Based off of positive reviews on Yelp and Google my wife and I chose to buy a new HVAC unit from Aireserv Eureka in August of 2024. In no less than 3 MONTHS our unit broke down, something was literally smoking, due to a failure to install the unit properly. Then in March of 2025 we discovered that they installed a unit that for natural gas, which we do not have, instead of propane WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SINCE THE PIPES ARE APPARENTLY VERY DIFFERENT. So yet another overhaul was made. Then in June of 2025 we started to notice the coldest we could get the house was 75 degrees. So we called for another checkup and they "supposedly" fixed it, saying it had been improperly calibrated during installation. But one month later, in July, our unit broke down AGAIN. This time completely, leaving our house in the 90s. Now as I right this in August of 2025 THE HOTTEST PART OF THE YEAR they have yet to fix my unit. Week after week, yes you have read that correctly, it has been weeks since we called them to fix our unit, we have had to call them over 20 times. So far we are at week 3 and moving soon to 4. Airserve Eureka's horrible service has so far consistented of misdiagnosis, instillation of wrong parts, incorrect calibration of the unit, and long waits (4+ days) while a part ships. They have given an excuse for everything, always blaming someone else (Amana). According to them, none of this is their fault. They are playing the victim of corporate manufacturing. But, why would you want to reach out to a company who has no control over the services they offer? We then said, since there are so many issues with my unit from the start and I am still under warranty, why don't they just install a new unit. So far they have refused to honor the warranty because Amana won't. I'm not writing this bad review out of spite but as a civic duty to report incompetence in what is falsely sold as good. I hope those of you reading this heed my warning about Airserve Eureka. They are just plain terrible. UPDATE: In mid late August 2025. Aireserv Eureka decided to ignore Amana's horrible lack of honoring our warranty and installed a new RUUD unit. Let's hope this goes better than this last year's trials. I'd definitely not recommend Amana for a future HVAC regardless of the positive reviews they have online. Eureka honestly doesn't deserve a stellar 5 star review but they have tried to do right currently so perhaps they again as mentioned above deserve more a 3-3.5 Star rating.

Get a second opinion on any major service recommended by this company. We have used them for years…read moreover multiple properties for cleaning and repairs and have always felt we were treated honestly. However it seems something may have changed. On a recent cleaning and inspection the tech reported our fireplace was in dangerous inoperable condition and quoted us an entire tear out and replacement as the only solution other than just decommissioning (north of 10k job). Smelling something was up we sought a second inspection in which the tech found all components to be in fine condition aside from a bent connection near the top that they were able to repair for under $200. Fearful the second tech might have missed something I say with them and reviewed all of the video footage and found most of the components looked almost new aside from the previously mentioned bent connection. I hate to part ways after a single bad experience, but unfortunately my trust in the company is gone.
