Mike and his team just finished an absolutely beautiful transformation of my kitchen. I was guided…read morethrough the entire process, not only with design and selections, but also with each step as it was being done. The project progressed according to the timeline provided at the start and I was kept informed throughout. This project involved knocking down walls, installing a supporting beam, relocating electrical and plumbing, all seamlessly and professionally done. I love my new kitchen and I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the service. I highly recommend this company for your kitchen remodel. In fact, I am embarking on my next project with this company, which is my first-floor bathroom remodel. My experience with Kitchen King company has been nothing but positive and professional. Additional points I would like to share are Mike worked within my budget and my timeline and always kept an open line of communication, which is a huge positive for me as I have not always had that experience with other companies. Thank you, Kitchen King crew you guys are the best!

We purchased a ton of wooden Amish-made backyard furniture unfinished from Backyard Billy's in the…read moresummer of 2019. Build/Delivery time was reasonable and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The delivery was included with the price and the friendly delivery person even assembled everything for free after carrying the heavy pieces up steps to our second story deck. He even moved some of my old furniture down the steps for me since I had injured my back. He offered advice on how/when to stain the pieces which saved us a ton of money. I stained the furniture myself according to his advice and it looks great- just as good as their stained furniture. We left our furniture out all winter and it's been in constant use this year and it's still as good as new. From now on, this is the only outdoor furniture I want. It's built to last. We now use our deck as much as any other room inside our house during the warmer 3 seasons. Our experience with sales people on site at Billy's exceeded my expectations. I was honestly overwhelmed and didn't buy anything on my first two trips because their inventory was so awesome. How can you even decide? Their smiling laid-back sales reps never ran out of patience. We love supporting local businesses and Backyard Billy's is the best!

I discovered Atlas Marble & Tile because they sent a sample of tile to me by way of another tile…read moreshop I was visiting. I called to learn more about the sample I received and the man that answered the call was knowledgeable and helpful. I drove from DC to Arnold to go and look at additional pieces of the tile. The team on sight pulled out an entire box for me and laid it out for me to review and choose grout samples. I appreciate the team here and would definitely return.

I think my experience is important to share. I ordered and installed a porcelain tile floor…read morepurchased from Atlas tile in Arnold. I had kept the original sample and when I got the actual floor I laid out a few pieces to check the color....seemed okay. After the floor was installed I noticed raised bumps on the entire floor and it looked dirty. The owner came out and tested the floor and said it was probably grout haze and suggested a cleaner. The cleaner didn't change the bumps or haze. Over the next 3 months we have been back and forth with the owner a few times, a rep even came by and said she couldn't see a problem despite the difference from the original sample to what I received that I showed her. She claimed she saw not problem. I contacted the owner via text and explained the experience and was never answered. I had suggested that the tile was possibly defective in my note. I was aware there might be a health problem in his family so I let a month go by and still never heard back. I called again this week and said I just wanted to find a solution even if it was other tile cleaners to try. He would never address/admit or take responsibility for the tile looking defective. Despite knowing I have an example of original sample and what was delivered. I think it is not good business to not stand by your product. I have since had another local company look at the sample and installed floor and they agree the tile is defective but Atlas has just dismissed the whole thing. Now I have a floor that is not what I purchased and was told it was not their problem. The other issue with the company is you do not stick with the same sales person through the selling process. This results in one person not taking responsibility for your purchase. I experienced just a bunch of people pointing fingers at each other and not taking responsibility for the sale to their customer. I would never recommend this company.
