Would have been 1 star if it hadn't of been for the cashier lady who was extremely kind. I dropped my John Deer lawn mower off to be looked at and because it was breaking belts the past 2-3 years, Ive had the tractor since 2014 and purchased it from here. I explained that something must be wrong that the belts are just snapping, that ever since the first belt broke that I haven't ben able to keep a belt on the mower. Sometimes it snaps and the last time it shredded, it got so hot that it like melted the belt. Maybe I did something wrong when I took the deck off to replace the first belt? I dropped it off on 08.16.23 lady told me someone would look at it and they would call me to let me know what is wrong and what it would cost, on 08.21.23 someone called and said your mower is ready for pickup. I explained know one called to let me know what is wrong and the price, what if I didn't want it fixed? She said well it's fixed and told me it is $156.83, I went the next day to pick it up. I paid for it and took the paper to the service area, the lady in the service area told me to go to the next building and someone would help me. I went in and Wes took my paperwork handed it back to me and we walked outside, I read the receipt that said they cut a bolt off. After Wes put the tractor on my trailer I tried to ask him about what was wrong why did they have to cut off bolts, he told me with an attitude like I was nothing him that he wasn't the mechanic that fixed it and that they him professional to do repairs so it should be fixed.. I thought to my self WHAT an ASS he must think he's to good for himself to try and help a customer out, this is great for business. I just don't understand why after 7 years that a bolt had to be cut off that was never an issue before, I cut grass and the belt gets extremely hot after cutting about 1/2 acre. I stop and let it cool and then cut more, Im afraid the belt is going to break again after getting so hot, I surely anti taking it back to Lusby. If any mechanic can't stop and help a customer out with questions I don't know why anyone would ever have service done there. I just sent my son up there a few weeks ago to purchase a zero turn now Im sorry I did that.

Then, I called as I had more questions about two different pieces of equipment that I was trying to choose between. He answered every single one of them without any hesitation. I then asked if it was ok to come by and test the equipment before making my final choice, and again that was not a problem to do so. Once arriving to the business, I was greeted with a smile from Wes's dad, and he escorted me to the back to finally meet Wes. Once I met Wes, he took me out to test some equipment, showing me how to operate it, as well as answering more questions. Then I made my decision, and went to pay for the equipment, the ladies at the front were absolutely awesome and had a great attitude and all smiles. I had my lawnmower delivered a few days later and the deliver driving was just as nice as the rest of the staff. Needless to say, I don't think that you can last 105 years, as a business by luck. Wes and his staff are top notch and that is no accident. They are great and they have future customer in me.

My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. I rented a power snake hose for the day. The representative working insisted on giving me a hand to load this equipment into my car. In the process of assisting and shoving this very heavy piece of equipment into the car I get home to realize he had been scratching the machine up and down the panel directly behind the rear passenger door the entire time he was putting it in my car. scratched so deeply there are dents into my rear panel. I go to call and speak to someone about remediation and am told it is a Saturday, no one works there that can assist until maybe Monday or Tuesday... So I call back on Monday and get in touch with a store manager, whom I will leave anonymous out of respect for her simply doing what she is told to do. I am told plainly "there are signs that state we aren't responsible for damage done when loading your vehicle." A sign on a door, I did not see. A very important piece of information that was not called out to me by the representative who offered to help. Nor on any documentation I was given (which was none). Hundreds of dollars of damage to my vehicle by a representative who wasn't paying attention or didn't care enough to mention he was scraping a 130-pound machine against the side of my car. Roles reversed, I am paying full price to replace their machine had I damaged it in any way. There is no accountability within that store and no desire to mend a mistake their worker made. Do not utilize this rental facility. They do not care about you and as soon as they have your money nothing is their problem. I was told my information would be given to the owner, Ashlie H., with no guarantee I would ever hear back from her or the store to remedy this situation. They don't have a care in the world for their customer base. I spend thousands of dollars a year on home repair/upgrades, as do many locals in this area. There will not be another dollar spent at this store and I wish everyone the best of luck when utilizing this business. They do not care about you! **EDIT** Owner winded up calling me back and the inability to take any accountability is astonishing. An employee did hundreds of dollars of damages to a customer's car and every excuse in the book was thrown out. "we don't know if that damage was from the drive home" "we don't know if that damage was from you getting the machine out once you got home".
