Our project…read moreincluded a full range of materials LVT, tile, and carpet and the team handled each aspect with precision and expertise. Richie was especially outstanding - professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He kept every scheduled visit, followed through on all promises, and even completed the installation a full week earlier than expected, which made a huge difference for our timeline. The installation crews were equally impressive - organized, efficient, and highly skilled. They worked quickly without ever compromising quality, and the final result looks fantastic across every material. Freshly vacuumed the carpet, and cleaned up all surfaces after install! I also want to note that we initially explored another flooring company on the island and had a very different experience. Unfortunately, that interaction felt unprofessional and included a tone that was dismissive and, at times, inappropriate. It made us appreciate even more the respect, professionalism, and integrity Richie and his team consistently demonstrated. Highly recommend Richie and the entire team top-notch service all around!
