Yes, I reduced the scope of work first time bcoz you were unable to provide a definite timeline when you can start and finish the work. The suggestion for changing the scopes comes from your estimator only. Bcoz of your delay, i choose for different vendors for my work. On the second time,when I noticed 160$ handling charge for 40$ worth of mirror. Also, you charged for a new baseboard. However, you reused the ones that were removed. Also, the drywall, you used less quality than the existing one. The existing ones are 5/8 in, and you used 1/2 inch. That's your wonderful estimation.
