Completely no respect to other things. Splashed side of the house. Crappy concrete job, landing looks horrible, 2 steps are not correct size, all steps slopping down. Its bad to walk on them. Never attend to build new handrailing, after they tool old once down. People didn't know what to do, where he found, who knows. He paid them hourly, luck of knowledge and experience. I had to hire another company to correct few things, but steps are still bad and nothing can be done except to redo them. Owner Bill dear to claim how great job he did! Oh boy so far from the truth.
