I have been employed here a short time and I have watched them intimidate my daughter and others. but to put her in harms way the leader knows that is utter ridiculous. I will be seeing if EEOC/Federal Labor Law can meet with them and what processes they have in place. I have several statements and recording where the leadership staff had made a treats of her character. I have surveyed several business owners as well. I want everyone to know how they treat their employees. The one leader knows who she is. I would really like for the owner to be contacted. I know him and his wife does not have a clue that this type of things are going on with his company. I am going to give our story to every news station that will listen because it is difficult to maintain good hard working employees. I was quite surprised at this because it had not been this way before. Also, I was supposed to get a txt 30 minutes prior to arrival and that did not happen either. The two men did not clean up water spillage on tile area adjacent to the carpet and did not leave the outdoor water outlet as they had found it. I was surprised at their lack of professionalism that had always been a plus when I used this company in the past. it was a disappointment!
